All ticket reservations are final. There are no refunds. All programs and guest artists are subject to change without notice.

EVENT RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

Reservations for events listed in this guide will open four weeks prior to each event unless otherwise indicated. Members may sign up only for themselves and a spouse or significant other.

This rule applies to ALL Cultural Arts events including bus trips which are now considered ticketed events. Reserva-tions may be made in person or by fax: 561-995-1232. No telephone reservations will be accepted, as your signature is required. There are absolutely no cancella-tions for any ticketed event, including art trips. You must confirm all fax reservations.

Members wishing to sell their tickets must do so on their own. The Club will maintain a wait list and this includes all bus trips as well. All bus trip prices are subject to possible gas surcharges.

Reservation ProceduresReservations open 6 weeks in Advance. Cancellation Policy: 72 hours prior to event date.

Members’ accounts will be charged for the event. Failure to cancel reservations 72 hours prior to Dinner Dances, Special Events and Holiday Events will result in a no show charge equiva-lent to the price of the event. Members will receive an email confirming cancellation along with a cancellation number. Events are open to guests two weeks prior if the event is not sold out. The club reserves the right to cancel any event that has an insufficient number of reservations.

Events may consist of tables of 8, 10 & 12 guests. Parties of less than 8 will be merged. Dress code is specified per event.
