specialististobuildcapacityintheuseofeffec'veinstruc'onbyprovidingongoingcoaching,demonstra'onteaching,assistancewithprogrammonitoring,andprescrip'veinterven'onstrategiesforallteachers.TheyalsoprovideweeklyreportstoADE.
ADESIS
• Purpose:TheSpecialistassists,supportsandcoachestheschoolimprovementleader,schoolanddistrictbysharingbestprac'cesbasedoncurrentresearchandmonitoringschoolimprovementprogress.
• Responsibili'es:TheADESISreadsthelocalSISreports,monitorsTIP/PIP,QuarterlyreportsandprovidesmonthlyreportstoADEandQuarterlyprogressreportstotheSBE.
