Steps to Success 1. Win our Fitness & Strength Players need to be responsible for

their own physical fitness. Coaches to ensure Fitness & Strength part of Practice Plan

2. Win the Drill Be the best we can be in skill.3. Win the Install If players know the schemes the skill will take

over4. Win the Crossovers Have players all try to win every time we

compete in skill crossovers.5. Win our Group Sessions Compete in group and push palyers to

excel under competitive atmosphere.6. Win the Game ! If do all the above we will give our chance to If

we win enough games we will get a chance to win Playoff Games.
