2016 DIVISION BRIGADA ESKWELA

To: Chiefs, CID and SGOD Education Program Supervisors I Elementary and Secondary School Heads Division Section Heads All Concerned 1. The Brigada Eskwela 2016 also known as the National Schools Maintenance with the theme “Tayo Para sa

Paaralang Ligtas, Maayos at Handa Mula sa Kindergarten Hanggang Senior High School”, will be conducted on May 30 to June 4, 2016 in all public elementary and secondary schools in the Division.

2. To launch the first day of Brigada Eskwela 2016, there will be a caravan on May 30, 2016 at 7:00 A.M.

Attached is Enclosure No. 1 on Brigada Eskwela Caravan route including the order of the parade and working committees.

3. A kick-off ceremony will be held at Doña Hortencia Salas Benedicto National High School right after the

caravan. 4. Participants of the caravan are the teachers, students and stakeholders of Doña Hortencia Salas Benedicto

National High School, La Carlota South Elementary School I, La Carlota South Elementary School II, La Carlota North Elementary School and La Carlota City SPED Integrated School and the Division office personnel. Likewise, Bands/Pasalamat Drumbeaters of these schools and those with motorcycles or vehicles are requested to join the caravan. They can wear the old or new Brigada Eskwela T-shirt.

5. The rest of the elementary and secondary schools are advised to launch and hold a caravan on Brigada

Eskwela 2016 in their respective areas. 6. All School Heads shall take the lead role in planning geared on making schools disaster-prepared,

ecologically conscious, clean and conducive to learning and to ensure order in the conduct of the week long activity as per DepED Memorandum No. 35, s. 2016 entitled “Implementing Brigada Eskwela 2016”.

7. All Education Program Supervisors shall monitor the implementation of the Brigada Eskwela in their

respective foster schools. 8. Wide and immediate dissemination of this memorandum is desired.
