Trainer’s Tip: Be clear in communicating that this track will involve long lever moves, traveling forward and back and power rebound on the Cross Country Rocket to in-crease the cardio challenge. Instruct your clients to move as strongly as possible to create heavy breathing and an increased heart rate. Trainer’s Tip: Use the noodle for balance and support but instruct your students to keep their grip light. Introduce the movements with full ROM and guide students to strive for full ROM but work within a ROM that promotes flexibility and strength, without pain.
