2017 Season Ticket Member Online Renewal Step-by-Step Guide

Go to www.patriots.com/ticketexchange and enter your New England Patriots Account Number and Password. If you don’t know your Password, click on the ‘Forgot Your Password’ link and enter your Account Number. A temporary password will be emailed to the address on file.

Step 1: Log In to Account Manager

Once you log in to your season ticket account, you will see your 2017 Patriots Season Ticket Invoice. Click on the View Invoice button to continue.

Step 3: Selecting To Enroll or Not Enroll In Pay-As-We-Play (Playoff Package)

To enroll your Visa in Pay-As-We-Play, just click “Continue” in the lower right hand corner. If you elect NOT to enroll your Visa, you need to UNCHECK the box next to the Patriots Playoff

description. Note: The box will automatically be checked for enrollment.

Step 4: Terms & Conditions

Agree to the Patriots Terms & Conditions by checking off the box at the top and signing your name. Full Terms & Conditions can be found at www.patriots.com/termsandconditions

Step 5: Payment Options

Click on the circle next to “2017 Patriots Season Tickets” and select “Continue”.

Step 6: Payment Information

Enter the name and billing address on the Visa you wish to use. No spaces or dashes are needed when entering the Visa information. Please make sure you check off the box agreeing to the Terms of Use.
