• Earn points each time you recruit a Level-1 Consultant who does 500 QV in their calendar month.
• When you recruit at least one Level-1 qualified Consultant each month, you will earn a one-time consistency bonus at the end of the
earning period.
• Recruit a qualified Consultant and help them promote to Manager in their calendar month, receive 100 point Manager Bonus*. Maximum
of two Consultants for 100 points each.
• Maximum points to earn: 700 (450 recruit points plus Consistency (50 points) and Manager Bonuses (100 points each))
*Manager Bonus – When a New Consultant joins and promotes to Manager in their calendar month, the Mentor receives 100 Manager Bonus points and will also receive 50 Develop points.

• When you promote and maintain your promotion the following month(s), you will earn maintenance points for your continued commit-
ment. You must promote in order to begin earning maintenance points.
• Managing Directors must maintain MD Paid-As title all 3 months to receive 150 points total.
• Executive Directors must maintain ED Paid-As title all 3 months to receive 75 points total.
• When your Level-1 Consultants promote to Manager or above, you will earn points.
• Promotions are based on Recognition title as of April 30,2017 (highest title during last 3 months).
• You must have a Paid-As title equal to or higher than Level-1 Consultant to earn points.
• If you are a Managing Director, and have Level-1 MDs, you can earn 50 points for each MD who maintains their Paid-As title for all 3
months.

T E R M S A N D C O N D I T I O N S — B E A C H S I D E AT T H E B I LT M O R E :
1) The incentive period is from May 1 at 12:01 AM PDT to July 31, 2017 at 11:59 PM PDT. 2) The incentive is for Consultants in both the US and Canada. However, Clients and Members who upgrade to a Consultant status during the three-month qualifications are eligible to qualify and earn the incentive trip. 3) Sell points will be awarded based on the amount of Qualifying Volume (QV) achieved for each month; May, June, and July. QV is generated by sales to Clients and Members, as well as your Personal Orders. 4) Recruit points will be awarded for personal, Level-1 qualified recruits only. 5) All New Consultants must achieve 500 in Qualifying Volume (QV) in their calendar month of enrollment to count toward the recruiting qualifications of this incentive. 6) The purchase of business supplies, host rewards, or free items will not count toward the 500 QV requirement for New Consultants. 7) Mentors of New Level-1 Consultants who pro-mote to Manager in their calendar month, are not required to have an equal to or higher Paid-As title of the New Level-1 Consultant to receive the Recruit bonus points. 8) Promote and Develop points will be based on April Recognition title. 9) On May 31, 2017, Consultants who promote to a Paid-as title of Manager or above, based on their April Recognition title, will receive Promote points. This can be a re-promotion. 10) On June 30, 2017 Consultants who promote again or for the first time based on their April Recognition title will receive Promote points. 11) On July 31, 2017 Consultants who promote again or for the first time based on their April Recognition title will receive Promote points. 12) Consultants who promote to Manager or above during the three-month qualification period, based on their April Recognition title, and maintain their new Paid-As title, will receive maintenance points for each month maintained after their promotion. 13) Executive Directors as of April 30, 2017, must maintain their Paid-As title of Executive Director in May, June, and July in order to receive 75 Promote points. 14) Managing Directors as of April 30, 2017 must maintain their Paid-As title of Managing Director in May, June, and July in order to receive 150 Promote points. 15) Develop points will be awarded to Mentors for each Level-1 promotion, based on their April Recognition title, to Manager, Sr. Manager, Director, and Sr. Director and above in May, June, and July. 16) Multiple points can be awarded to the same Mentor if their Level-1 Con-sultant promotes in multiple months (May, June, or July). 17) Mentors will only receive Develop points for their Level-1 Consultant promotions so long as they have a Paid-As title equal to or higher than their Level-1 Consultants promotion ti-tle. 18) Consultants cannot receive Promote or Develop points for demotions. 19) A Managing Director’s Level-1 Manag-ing Directors as of April 30, 2017, must maintain the Paid-As title of Managing Director all three months (May, June, and July) in order for the Mentor to receive Develop points. 20) Consultants who enrolled in the month of April will be grand-fathered, and are eligible to receive New Consultant points for Month 1, 2, and 3 of Start Counting. They are not eligible to receive points for the Start Counting Bonus. 21) Incentive achievers will be determined at the end of the three-month qualification period and notified in the month of August. 22) Consultants who achieved one of the tiered exclusive gifts will be notified in the month of August. 23) If a Consultant is unable to travel but achieves 1000 points, that Consultant will receive a $250 Product Credit and any exclusive-branded items given during the incentive trip. 24) Incentive awards are not transferrable and there is no cash value or substitutions. 25) Beautycounter is not responsible for transportation to and from the incentive. It is the Consultant’s responsibility to obtain a valid passport or other documents for travel. Trip insurance is at the discretion of the traveling Consultant. 26) Beautycounter reserves the right to modify or replace any part of these terms and conditions, including without limitation incentive qualifications and awards, without notice. 27) Offer subject to change at Beautycounter’s sole discretion. 28) Beautycounter reserves the right to audit any information applicable to the qualification, sales and incentives and has the right to disqualify any Consultant at any time for violation of these Terms and Conditions and the Beautycounter Policies and Procedures.
