We are excited to announce that our annual gala will be on September 16, 2017 at the Renaissance Tulsa Hotel & Convention Center. This year’s theme is Pura Vida. This is a great opportunity for you to connect with other members of the Greater Tulsa Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

We would like to offer you the opportunity to enhance this gala with your sponsorship. Your support in this event is crucial for our Chamber to provide services and support our community. For the past three years, the Tulsa Hispanic Chamber of Commerce has partnered with OSU Tulsa on a Juntos program. Juntos is a program designed to unify schools, families, and community efforts to prevent high school dropouts and promote student access to higher education through parental involvement. The program is once a week for six weeks, and we couldn’t have done this without your support!

There are many sponsorship levels in which you can choose from. Please look for the details in the enclosed packet. As a sponsor, your logo will be placed on all appropriate materials, and your name will be recognized at the event. Silent Auction Donation Request Letter2017 Pura Vida Gala

To Whom It May Concern:

The Chamber hopes that you will take a few moments to read about our upcoming event and decide to participate by donating to our silent auction. On September 16, 2017 we will be hosting our 2017 Annual Excellencia Awards Dinner at the Renaissance Tulsa Hotel & Convention Center. We anticipate approximately 350 guests at this function and the funds raised will go toward benefiting the education initiatives of the Oklahoma Hispanic Chamber Foundation, a non-profit 501c3 entity of the Tulsa Hispanic Chamber. To make this event as exciting and extravagant as we hope we will need your help!

Please consider supporting our event by donating gift certificates, merchandise or services. In exchange, you will receive excellent community exposure and advertising. Your company name, address, phone number and donation will be listed in the Event Program. If you are an individual member or your company can not donate an item please consider calling a few places in your surrounding community to see if they would be willing to donate an item to our Silent Auction.

Your donation is tax deductible, we would be happy to provide our Tax ID number upon your request.

We will gladly pick up your donation, or it can be mailed/delivered to the address listed below. In order for your item to be included in the Gala Program we must receive it by Friday, August 28, 2017. ABOUT THE CHAMBER

A Brief History

In the fall of 1998, a group of dedicated Hispanic business owners and community leaders realized the enormous economic impact and potential of the growing Hispanic community in the Tulsa region. Early in 1999, the GTHCC was incorporated in the State of Oklahoma, creating Oklahoma’s first Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Since its inception, the GTHCC has worked toward bringing the issues and concerns of the Tulsa region’s Hispanic owned businesses to the forefront of the local, regional, and state economic agenda. Since 1999 the founders of the GTHCC have been dedicated to establishing credibility in one of the fastest growing economic sectors in Tulsa.

The Chamber Commitment

The Greater Tulsa Hispanic Chamber of Commerce has rapidly become one of the fastest growing Chambers of Commerce in the Tulsa Metro. The Chamber is constantly exploring business growth opportunities for its membership and developing successful commercial relationships with the corporate sector of Tulsa. As the leading voice for the Hispanic Business Owner, the GTHCC represents and promotes economic development in the Hispanic community.

Programs and Services

The GTHCC Board of Directors is committed to the ongoing development of programs that create added value and serve the diverse needs of its individual, business, and corporate members.

Business Development

The GTHCC’s primary purpose is to identify and develop business opportunities for Hispanicowned businesses. In doing so, the GTHCC works in conjunction with chamber affiliates in the region and around the country, to maintain direct contact with major corporations and government agencies seeking qualified Hispanic suppliers.

Community Service

Focuses on developing services to the Hispanic community while working with city, county, and state administrations.

Membership

As a member of the GTHCC, you become a part of a national network that develops and expands business opportunities for Hispanic entrepreneurs. In addition to direct access to GTHCC programs, members receive special reports on the Hispanic community.
