Workshop for French Students

The students of class 11 of DPS Vasant Kunj participated in a workshop on 17th May 2017 conducted

by Ms. Manisha Sondhi in Mini Auditorium in the school premises. The main objective of the same

was to present the advantages of DELF B2(International lifelong certification for French). In certain

schools the students can choose French only as a 6th subject over and above other subjects. Thus,

there is less motivation for taking up French as a subject after class 10.

In France, education is free for students from all over the world who have cleared the DELF B2 and

who wish to pursue their higher studies in a French university. Therefore, it was necessary for us to

inform the students about this policy of the French Government to motivate them to take the DELF

B2 exam and consider France as a destination for further studies.
