The RF3000-Differential Pressure Flowmetermeasures the flow of pipe fluids in thepharmaceutical or food industry and convertsthem into 4-20mADC current signal outputs,HART digital communications.
Working PrincipleWhen the fluid flows through the throttlingdevice (differential pressure sensor) of theRF3000-differential pressure flowmeter,there isa pressure difference between the front sideand back side of the throttling device (P1-P2) isgenerated,and the pressure difference has acertain functional relationship with the flow rate.The electronic adapter collects the differentialpressure signal and converts it into a4-20mADC signal output after operation andamplification to achieve fluid flow measurement.
In addition to the instantaneous flow andcumulative flow output, the differential pressuresensor also integrates a pressure sensor and atemperature sensor, so that the pipe pressureand liquid temperature signals can also bedisplayed.The throttling device of the RF3000-Differen
-tial Pressure Flowmeter is designed withno dead angle and is made of 316L stainlesssteel and polished.

Flowmeter
The RF3100-Coriolis mass flow meter is a flowmeter for metering the flow of fluid through across-section, showing fluid quality directly andmore intuitively. It can measure parameterssuch as mass flow, density and temperatureonline, widely used in pharmaceutical, food andother fields to realize functions such as tradesettlement and industrial process control. TheRF3100 ensures accurate response, optimizeproduction, enhance safety and save onmaintenance costs.
Working PrincipleAs shown in the figure below, the Coriolis massflowmeter is a direct mass flow meter made bythe Coriolis force principle that is in a rotatingsystem while the fluid moves in a straight line,which is proportional to the mass flow.

Warning
