An ozone generator produces ozone by passing oxygen or dry air through a high voltage electrical field or corona. The O2 bond is split, freeing oxygen atoms (O1) to rapidly collide with O2 molecules to form O3. Adjusting the applied voltage, frequency or air flow rate affects ozone production. Likewise, the concentration produced is also affected by dew point and temperature of the feed gas.

With the latest patented cold-spark corona discharge technology built in, the PCS Pro is able to adapt to many different configurations to select just the right setting for your specific application. This new technology also allows the PCS Pro to deliver effective results you can count on at the best possible value.

HIGH OR LOW OZONE OUTPUTPCS PRO ozone generator is equipped with a “Low” and “High” setting. The “Low” setting will produce 220mg/hr. ozone, while the “High” setting will pro-duce 440mg/hr. ozone. Select the setting that best satisfies your needs.

The BTU system has been engineered with an economic and high-quality foundation. Our tried and true cold-spark corona discharge technology has been redesigned into a smaller overall package with a handsome black powder coating for improved appearance. BTU system generators are easy to use and maintain. Each unit’s superior reliability extends from the BTU generator’s corrosion resistant chassis to its built-in air flow meters and safety interlock switches.

Our 30-60 GPM bottled water system includes our AIM technology ozone generators paired with a supporting oxygen concentrator. This system includes stainless steel contact tanks and ozone resistant pump mounted on an extruded aluminum frame, along with an integrated ORP 4-20mA controller and our venturi injector. The basic models in the family incorporate ozone generation and air preparation equipment, as well as stainless steel contact vessel(s) with air relief valve(s), factory-plumbed natural Kynar venturi injector and ozone resistant recirculating/pressurization pump. Up-scale models feature additional equipment that provides the bottler with the ability to maintain a user-programmed ozone residual in the product water through a factory installed ORP monitor and controller.

All models are equipped with a power control panel and a large, easy to locate heavy-duty on/off switch. Factory installed wiring provisions are compliant with National Electrical Code for the damp environments encountered in water bottling facilities. Systems are skid mounted on a non-corrosive, anodized aluminum frame that is among the best in the industry.

Our 5-10 GPM BWS is a self-contained disinfection system that injects ozone into solution, allowing for a 4-minute contact time to ensure biological kill.
