GRADING SYSTEM - STANDARDS BASEDAISJ has a two semester calendar year. First and second semester grades are recorded on the student’s official transcript. Students are assessed for proficiency against assessment and reporting standards with each course reporting to three or four standards.

A 1-7 grading scale is used which mirrors the IB grading scale. A four point proficiency scale reflects progress towards the standards. A score of two is a passing grade, earning credit.
