Eye MovementsDo the following eye movements, start from slow to quick motions.
Head Movements• Do these head movements, from slow to quick motions.• Do it alternately with open eyes first then closed eyes later.
1. Look up then look down 2. Look from one side to the other side.
3. Using a finger, follow it moving from at least 2 feet away from your face.
1. Bend head moving foward then moving backward.
2. While resting head on a pillow, turn from left then right.
1. Follow the same eye and head movements as shown.
2. On shoulders, shrug upward then down, followed by circling movements done clockwise.
3. From upright position, bend foward to pick up objects lying on the ground in front of you.
