Welcome to the 2018 Deloitte Cincinnati USA 100 Awards luncheon!

We are delighted you are joining us at our 35th annual event to recognize an elite group of Cincinnati privately held companies. Today, we celebrate your success and the success of all companies that have been named to the 2018 Deloitte Cincinnati USA 100.

On behalf of Deloitte, Great American Insurance Group, and Enquirer Media, we are proud to showcase the accomplishments of these organizations and celebrate the role that family-owned, employee-owned, and privately held companies play in our community.

According to our annual survey of executives from the 100 companies, these privately held businesses generated $38.6 billion in revenue last year. Over the past year, the area’s largest private companies have grown an average of 10.5 percent. The importance of privately held companies to Cincinnati’s economy cannot be overstated.

Jeff is a Deloitte Consulting Principal and a leader in the Workforce Transformation practice. He has more than 30 years of global and emerging markets experience in workforce transformation strategies including leadership, learning, talent development, organization design, strategic change, and human resources strategies for corporations and government agencies. Jeff is the leader of the US Firm’s Future of Work research, frequently facilitating workshops with clients to help them solve their workforce challenges, and speaking on issues at the nexus of talent, human resources, global business challenges, and the future of work.

He is an executive editor of Deloitte’s Global Human Capital Trends report one of the world’s leading annual reports on the future of human resources, talent, and organizations, which he founded in 2011.

Jeff also founded and is now the US leader for the US Israel Innovation Collaboration including an Innovation Tech Terminal, which is a bridge connecting US and global companies with Israeli startups. He has lived and worked around the world in the United States, Russia, Belgium, Kenya, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and India and was based in Delhi and Mumbai from 2011 to 2016. He was a US Peace Corps volunteer in Nepal and one of the first associate directors of the Peace Corps in the Russian Federation.

Jeff graduated from Cornell University with a BA in history and government. His advanced degrees include an MBA from the Yale School of Management and an MPA from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton.
