The 2018 baseball season will be here soon, and we’re excited for more spectacular Indians baseball.

I’d like to personally thank each and every one of you for all of your support this past year. It was one for the record books! The tribe set the American-League record for most consecutive victories with 22 straight wins, and won 102 regular season games. Progressive Field also hosted 13 sellouts throughout the season, and we proudly sold more than 1 million single-game tickets. None of this would have been possible without you, our fans. We simply can’t thank you enough for your passion and enthusiasm.

Now, we’re setting our sights on the 2018 season. We’re pleased to have the majority of our core team returning including manager Terry Trancona. We also welcome back Cy Young Award-Winner and MLBPA’s American League’s most outstanding pitcher, Corey Kluber; Silver Slugger, Francisco Lindor; and another Silver Slugger, Jose Ramirez.

This season, we also have revamped the Tribe Rewards program. The program remains an opportunity for you, along with your family, friends and colleagues, to create lasting Cleveland Indians memories through exclusive experiences, unique memorabilia and much more.

Beyond 2018, there’s even more to look forward to at Progressive Field. We are honored to be named the host of Major League Baseball’s 2019 All-Star Week, which coincides with the 25th anniversary of the ballpark. TRIBE REWARDSAs a Season Ticket Holder, you already have a Tribe Rewards account and there are already points in your account!

As our most valued clients, Season Ticket Holders are offered unique and exclusive benefits through Tribe Rewards, including gameday experiences, Tribe memorabilia and more. Starting this season, we are implementing an all-new points system that will do more to reward your tenure as a Season Ticket Holder. Your loyalty to the team is incredibly important to us, and we want you to be rewarded for your commitment.This section provides an overview of how to ac-cess and use the Tribe Rewards system in order to get the most out of your Season Ticket Holder experience

GETTING STARTEDAs a Season Ticket Holder, you already have an account! To log in to Tribe Rewards, follow these simple steps: 1. Visit triberewards.com 2. Click “Sign In” 3. Use your linked MLB.com email address and password to log in

Tribe Rewards is also accessible through your My Indians Tickets account, at www.indians.com/mytickets, under the My Ticket Inventory tab. Once in your My Ticket Inventory, you can locate the Tribe Rewards Login button on the right side of your account, halfway down the page. Please note: You will need to link your MLB.com account to your My Indians Tickets account. Complete this simple process at www.indians.com/mytickets. For more details, flip to the “Ticket Management” section of this guide.

TICKET PARTNERSIf you have designated Tribe Rewards partners previously, you will need to register them again through your account.

To designate official partners for your Tribe Rewards account; 1. Sign in to your account at www.triberewards.com 2. Click on the “Partners” tile on the home page 3. Complete the partner designation form, making sure to use the MLB.com email address associated with your partner’s My Indians account a. If your ticket partner does not have a My Indians Tickets account, they will need to create one at www.indians.com/mytickets. Once their account is created, they must link their My Indians Tickets account with an MLB.com email account. 4. Hit “Submit” and your partner will receive an email within 24 hours to register their own Tribe Rewards account

ROSTER STATUSAs a Season Ticket Holder, you have a specific Tribe Rewards roster status based on the number of consecutive years you’ve held a season ticket package and renewed your tickets during the renewal period (tenure).

Rookie: First year Season Ticket HolderVeteran: 1 – 9 years of tenureAll-Star: 10 – 19 years of tenureHall of Famer: 20+ years of tenure

REDEEMING POINTSTo browse the complete catalog of Tribe Rewards, select “Redeem” at the top of your account.

The catalog contains a variety of options: 1. AUTOGRAPHED ITEMS - Under the “Player Items” tab in the catalog, you can use your points on authenticated autographed items from your favorite Tribe players and alumni. 2. GAMEDAY EXPERIENCES - Train like the players do during an on-field workout, throw out a first pitch or watch Batting Practice from the field. These experiences and much more will be added throughout the year and are located under the “Experience” tab. 3. APPAREL - New men’s, women’s and youth apparel is found under their respective tabs in the catalog and will be updated all season long. 4. MEMORABILIA - Find a variety of Tribe merchandise, from blankets to glassware, available under the “Memorabilia” tab. 5. PROMO ITEMS - Both past and current season promotional items will be available on the site throughout the year under the “Promo Items” tab. For 2018 promo items, please check back the following business day after a game to redeem for that night’s promotional giveaway. Note that current promotional items are limited.

Tribe Rewards points do not carry over and the last day to redeem your points will be Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. EST.

FULLFILMENTAll items ordered through www.triberewards.com will be shipped to your preferred address, which you can select at checkout.

To redeem reward points during a home game, visit the Tribe Rewards Kiosk outside Section 153. Items at the kiosk vary from those available on the site.

EARNING BONUS POINTSSeason Ticket Holders can earn points throughout the season, by attending games, entering away game bonus codes, purchasing single-game tickets and more. You will also receive a renewal bonus, along with tenure and spend-based points.

1. ATTENDANCE - Earn two points for every one of your Season Tickets used to attend a game. Earn five points when using the Ballpark app for entry. If you forward your tickets to a Tribe Rewards designated partner and your partner attends the game, your partner will receive the attendance bonus. 2. AWAY GAME CODES - When the Tribe is on the road, watch or listen to TV or radio broadcasts for a special promo code. This season, the TV and radio codes will be the same. You can enter away game codes up to 11:59 p.m. EST the following day by logging into www.triberewards.com and clicking the “Bonus Codes” tile on the main page of your account. You will earn two points per correct code entered. 3. MERCHANDISE - Any time you purchase merchandise at the Progressive Field Team Shop or any ballpark merchandise stand, have your ticket scanned or provide your Season Ticket account information to receive one point for every $1 spent. 4. SINGLE-GAME TICKETS - When you purchase Indians single-game tickets outside of your Season Ticket plan, either online or through a service representative, you will earn one point for every $1 spent. Group and Postseason purchases are not eligible to receive bonus points. 5. ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES - Throughout the season, the Tribe Rewards site will have different activities to earn even more points.

OTHER BENEFITSAll eligible Season Ticket Holders also receive a number of benefits outside of Tribe Rewards, including: • 20% discount on merchandise at all Indians Team Shops • Access to Season Ticket Holder all-roster event • Access to Postseason priority • Season Ticket Holder Appreciation Day

TICKET MANAGEMENTAccess your 2018 Season Tickets by logging into your My Indians Tickets account at www.Indians.com/MyTickets. If you don’t remember your password, click the “Reset Password” button to have a new password emailed to you.

LINKING YOUR MY INDIANS TICKETS ACCOUNT TO YOUR MLB.COM ACCOUNTAfter linking your accounts, you can use your MLB.com credentials to log in to My Indians Tickets, Tribe Rewards and the Ballpark app. You can also manage your tickets directly from within the Ballpark app.Step 1. Log in to your My Indians Tickets account. Step 2. Click the “My Account” button, then click the “Link MLB Accounts” tab in the right corner of the page. Step 3A. If you do not have an MLB.com account, create one by entering your email address, password and a nickname. Then click “Create New MLB.com Account.” Step 3B. If you already have an MLB.com account, enter your email address and password, and click “Link MLB.com Account.” Step 4. After your account has been linked, you’ll see a confirmation screen that summarizes your linked account information. The email address and password you have just linked will be your login for My Tickets, Tribe Rewards, MLB.com and the Ballpark app.

PRINTING, FORWARDING, RECALLING AND EXCHANGING TICKETSPrinting Tickets Step 1. Log in to your My Indians Tickets account at www.Indians.com/MyTickets. Step 2. Select the “My Ticket Inventory” button. Step 3. Select “Print Tickets” from the dropdown menu. Step 4. Select the event(s) and seat(s) you would like to print. Step 5. Continue through the confirmation screens and select the “Print Tickets” button. Step 6. A new window will pop up with the printable ticket, followed by another window to select the printer.

FORWARDING TICKETSStep 1. Log into your My Indians Tickets account at www.Indians.com/MyTickets. Step 2. Select the “My Ticket Inventory” button. Step 3. Select “Forward Tickets” from the Ticket Action dropdown menu. Step 4. Select the event(s) and seat(s) you would like to forward. Step 5. Click a friend’s name from the friends list or add a new friend. Step 6. Click “Continue” and add an optional message, then select “Forward Tickets.” Step 7. A confirmation email will appear stating successful delivery of the tickets.

RECALLING TICKETSStep 1. While logged into My Indians Tickets, click the “My History” tab. Choose “Forwards” and click the Forward ID that contains the ticket(s) you want to recall. Step 2. Select the ticket(s) you want to recall, and click “Recall Tickets.” Step 3. Enter an optional message and click “Recall Tickets” to complete the recall. Step 4. The ticket(s) will be available immediately in your account to manage.

EXCHANGING TICKETSStep 1. Log into your My Tickets account at www.Indians.com/MyTicketsStep 2. Select “Exchange Tickets” from the Ticket Action dropdown menu Step 3. Choose the date and tickets you would like to turn in for exchange, and click “Continue” Step 4. Select the game you would like to exchange into from the list of available datesStep 5. Hover over different seating sections on the Progressive Field map to see what tickets are available and their cost, and click on your desired seating sectionStep 6. Click on the seats you would like to reserve, and then click “Review Your Selections”Step 7. Review your order and click “Continue”Step 8. If your exchange was an upgrade, enter your payment information and billing address (If you had an even exchange, no payment information is required)Step 9. Confirm your email under the “Delivery Method” section, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click “Buy Tickets”

MOBILE TICKETS - THE BALLPARK APPMANAGE YOUR TICKETS Using the Ballpark app, you are able to browse your ticket inventory, present digital tickets for admission to the ballpark, forward tickets to a friend and recall tickets. To access and manage your tickets, just tap the “Tickets” tab at the top of your screen.

CONTACT FAN SERVICESNeed to report an issue or disturbance at the game? Contact a Fan Services team member through the app by scrolling to the “Services and Information” tab and clicking the “How Can We Assist?” section. You’ll be immediately placed in contact with an Indians team member.

EXPLORE THE PARKThe Ballpark app also lets you: • Check in to games and unlock access to special offers and promotions • Browse interactive concourse maps, directories and concession menus

SEASON TICKET HOLDER GAME DAY INFORMATIONGATEWAY EAST GARAGE • The Gateway East Garage offers a limited number of discounted parking spots for Cleveland Indians game days. Single game parking passes can be purchased over the phone with a Season Ticket Service Team Member. Season Ticket Holders can also purchase parking plans, based on availability, to correspond with full, half, and quarter season plans. To purchase parking, call the Season Ticket Service Team at 216-420-HITS.

SEASON TICKET HOLDER GATES • Season Ticket Holders have a dedicated entrance at all three main gates. Only tickets received from original season ticket plans or exchanged through MyTickets are eligible for entrance through Season Ticket Holder gates. Additional single game tickets are not eligible.

RAINOUT/CANCELLED GAMES • Rainout policies can vary pending the circumstances of each game. Please hold onto your tickets until a final policy has been announced. Visit www.Indians.com/ScheduleChanges for up-to-date information or call the Season Ticket Service Team at 216-420-HITS.

GENERAL SEASON TICKET HOLDER INFORMATIONSINGLE GAME TICKET PURCHASES • Eligible Season Ticket Holders can save on service and convenience fees by purchasing single-game tickets over the phone with a member of the Season Ticket Service Team.

CHANGE OF CONTACT INFORMATION • It is extremely important for the Cleveland Indians to have the correct address, phone number, email address, and contact name for each Season Ticket account. If any contact information changes throughout the season, please reach out to your dedicated Client Service Specialist, or the Season Ticket Service Team at 216-420-HITS to update your account.

MONTHLY PAYMENT PLANS • Season Ticket Holders have the benefit of electing a monthly payment plan. Payments can be made by calling your dedicated Client Service Specialist or the Season Ticket Service Team. Please note that if two consecutive payments are missed, you will not be able to manage your tickets and will be in jeopardy of losing your seats.

2019 SEASON TICKET RENEWALS • The Cleveland Indians begin the renewal process in July. Eligible Season Ticket Holders will earn the most benefits by renewing online during the Early Bird period. More detailed information will be available closer to the renewal period.

SEAT RELOCATION • Seats can be relocated, based on availability, during the Select-a-Seat event that occurs after the renewal period. Renew in your current location to retain benefits, tenure, and to reserve a spot in Select-a-Seat.

TICKETS FOR KIDS CHARITIES • Season Ticket Holders are able to donate any unused tickets to Ticket for Kids Charities. Donated tickets send underprivileged children to a Cleveland Indians baseball game. Tickets offered for this program may not have been previously scanned into the ballpark, posted for resale, or forwarded to a ticket partner (only main account holders are eligible for donations). Parking passes and/or tickets showing a face value of $0.00 are not eligible for donation. All donations are tax deductible.

INDIANS POLICIESTICKET OWNERSHIPThe Cleveland Indians own and control all rights to Season Ticket locations. Your location is licensed on a yearly basis subject to compliance with all payment deadlines, the Cleveland Indians Regular Season Ticket Terms and Conditions and all other and ballpark rules and regulations. Season Ticket purchasing privileges are non-transferable, meaning Season Ticket Holders may not re-assign the rights to seats to any person or entity, without the express consent of the Cleveland Indians.

The opportunity to renew your Season Ticket location is afforded solely to eligible season ticketholders that made the original purchase for Season Tickets. Season Ticket locations may be re-assigned at the sole discretion of the Cleveland Indians.

REGULAR SEASON TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONSAll Cleveland Indians Regular Season Tickets are subject to the Cleveland Indians Regular Season Ticket Terms and Conditions.

SEASON TICKET HOLDER AGREEMENTPlease be advised that the Cleveland Indians retain all rights to each seat at Progressive Field and reserve the right to immediately revoke tickets, prohibit entry into Progressive Field, or remove patrons from Progressive Field for any violation of the Cleveland Indians Regular Season Ticket Terms and Conditions or any other ballpark rule or regulation. This policy has been modified for the 2018 baseball season.

MAKING PAYMENTSPayments can be made on your account by calling your dedicated Season Ticket Service Team.

TRANSFER AGREEMENTAll transfers are subject to the approval of The Cleveland Indians in its’ sole and absolute discretion. The Cleveland Indians own and control all rights to the season ticket locations. The above listed location is licensed on a contractual basis provided that all payments deadlines are adhered to, and are subject to all rules and regulations set forth by The Cleveland Indians.
