Frost the Trail is back! This year, Frost & Sullivan is organizing the fundraising event and in collaboration with i2M Ventures as part of this GBS ISKANDAR programme. It is a joint effort to encourage runners in order to strengthen the touristic promotion of our City.

i2M Ventures is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Khazanah Nasional Berhad as a company that focuses on the development of strategic investment promotion initiatives for the Business Services and Shared Services & Outsourcing (SSO) sector in Iskandar Puteri. Whereas i2M Ventures’ specialized in GBS ISKANDAR programme to facilitate businesses to locate GBS Operations in Iskandar Puteri, Iskandar Malaysia.

Located off the coast of Mersing in east Johor, Taman Laut Sultan Iskandar is one of the six parks under the Johor National Parks Corporation and encompasses 13 islands in 6 island clusters. Gazetted as a marine park, it is home to extensive coral reef formation which provides shelter to many marine organisms. However, coral reefs are increasingly exposed to pollution and disturbed by tourist, fishing, and mining activities, putting them at risk of death and loss of valuable natural resource. In this year’s edition of GBS ISKANDAR Frost the Trail, Frost & Sullivan partners with Taman Laut Sultan Iskandar to raise awareness on the value of coral reefs as one of the most diverse ecosystems on Earth.

Themed Run4theOcean, GBSISKANDAR Frost the Trail 2018 promises loads of fun and fresh air with 5km and 10km tracks in the Corporate, Student, Open, and Veteran categories. Invest your time in this healthy and noble activity, where all participation fees collected will be donated towards the conservation efforts of Taman Laut Sultan Iskandar.

We hope to build on the success of Frost the Trail 2017, largely due to the fantastic support of our generous sponsors including F&N Beverages, Mondelez Malaysia, Gleneagles Medini, Legoland Malaysia, mmCineplexes, Epic Evolution, Mah Sing Group, Vistra Malaysia, Mizuno Asia, Pang Alarm & Automation, Spritzer, and SunMate.

Race participants will be treated to a post-race celebration with breakfast, Zumba, and a mini carnival before the announcement of the top 3 runners with the fastest timing from each category – Corporate, Student, Individual Open, and Individual Veteran – who stand to receive attractive prizes. All runners will receive goodie bags, complimentary breakfast, and finisher medals.
