• The World Cup will be held in Russia. The opening game will kick-off on Thursday, 14.6.2018, at 5 p.m. The final will conclude the World Cup on Sunday, 15.7.2018, also at 5 p.m.
• All 64 matches will be able to be seen on ARD & ZDF. 28 matches are 100% relevant for advertisements. It is also possible to advertise before the 1st half of the 8 p.m. matches. A total of 46 matches are available for communication purposes! More than ever before.
• The offering for the World Cup will be prepared after the draw on 1.12.2017 and will go on the market around two weeks later.

• Official partners of the FIFA World Cup only have a right to first booking; there is no product exclusivity in the advertisement breaks.
• All other clients can make bookings immediately after the offering is prepared; if these slots are available, they will then be confirmed after the right to first booking has expired (15 working days). If all desired slots are not available, alternative slots will be proposed.
• Bookings within the framework of this offering are discountable, rate-discountable and binding on the basis of the total volume.

• Exclusive slots will be offered during all games; these will be broadcasted immediately before/after the 1st half and immediately before the 2nd half.
• The length of the exclusive slots is 60 seconds or max. three partners. • Premiums for corner placements will not be charged; placements will
be loosely based on the investment volumes in the supporting programme of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™ and will be allocated in line with the “Fair Share Principle”.

• The matches will all be “streamed” live. The advertisements accompanying the matches will also be broadcasted. This ensures that the reach can be increased by up to 10% without any additional costs arising.
• Due to stringent security obligations, public viewing will only be offered on a limited scale. Large portions of the population will follow the games at home on the couch in front of their televisions, something which will permanently increase the AGF rate and which will also serve the purpose of classic marketing.
