A) Sign up “In-Person” by locating the Ford PerformanceMustang GT booth at any of the following

2018 Goodguys Events (see the complete list of nineteen (19) 2018 Goodguys Events in section 5below)andcompleteanofficialentryformbyeither: 1.)thetouchscreencomputersprovidedbyGoodguys,or 2.)anofficialentryformprovidedbyGoodguys;

attheFordPerformanceMustangGTbooth.PleaselookforFordPerformanceMustangGTboothateachGoodguysEvent,beadvisedothergiveawaysmaybeoccurringatanyGoodguysEvent. Oneofficial entry allowedperpersonper Event. All official entriesmustbemadeprior to theboothsdaily deadlines at each Goodguys Event; and just in case the touch screen computers are notworkingproperlyand/orunavailable,thenGoodguyswillmaintainandtakeeachvalidofficialentryformthatisturnedintimelyandenterthedata/informationforthe2018GiveawayContestfortheFordPerformanceMustangGTforthatEvent. Upon successful completion of the on-lineinformationyouwillbeautomaticallyenteredasanOn-lineParticipant. Enteryourfirstnameandlastname,completeaddress,city,state,zipcode,telephonenumber,age,andavalidemailaddress

in the online entry form. Only one internet entry per person and one internet entry per emailaddressispermitted.Internetentrieswillbedeemedmadebytheauthorizedaccountholderoftheemailaddresssubmittedatthetimeofentry.Theauthorizedaccountholderisthenaturalpersonwhoisassignedtotheemailaddressbyaninternetaccessprovider,onlineserviceproviderorotherorganization that is responsible by assigning email address or the domain associated with thesubmittedemailaddress.ForpurposesoftheseOfficialContestRules,“receipt”ofanonlineentrywillbesolelydeterminedwhentheGoodguys’webserversrecordthevalidentryinformation.Anyautomatedcomputerreceipt(suchasoneconfirmingdeliveryofanemail)doesnotconstituteactualreceipt of an entry for purposes of these Official Contest Rules. Multiple participants are notpermittedtosharethesameemailaddress.AllentriessubmittedbecomethesolepropertyoftheGoodguys and will not be acknowledged or returned. Use of any device to automate entry isprohibited.ProofofsubmissionofanentryshallnotbedeemedproofofreceiptbytheGoodguys.Goodguys’ computer is the official time keeping device for the contest. The Goodguys are notresponsibleforentriesnotreceivedduetodifficultyaccessingtheinternet,serviceoutageordelays,computer difficulties or other technological glitches. All on-line entries must be received byDecember1,2018at12:00pmPST.

Employees,consultants,subcontractors,andagentsofGoodguys,GoodguyEnterprises,Inc.,GoodguysRodandCustom Association, and Vintage Drag Racing Association, as well as their spouses and dependents, areineligibletoenterthiscontestortowinthecontestprize.Goodguyswilldisqualifyanyentryfromindividualswhodonotmeettheeligibilityrequirements,andwillalsodeleteanyentryreceivedfrompersonsundertheageof13incompliancewiththeChildren’sOnlinePrivacyProtectionAct.

2. MultipleContestEntries.

Youmayenterthe2018FordPerformanceGiveawaycontestfortheFordPerformanceMustangGTmorethanoncebyperforminganyoneofthetwoactivities(“A”or“B”above)forthiscontest.Youmaydotheseactivitiesinanyorder,butyoumustbetimelyperthedeadlinesof“A”or“B”above,foreachentryandyoumustfollowall theOfficial ContestRules specifiedherein. In-PersonParticipantsmay complete anofficial entry atmorethanoneGoodguysEventperthelistonSection5below.

3. ContestFinalistselection.

Per theseOfficial Contest Rules each properly filled in official entry form enterswith a chance to become acontestfinalist(hereinafterreferredtoas“ContestFinalist”).TherearetwodifferenttypesofContestFinalistthatwillenterintotheFINALDRAWINGasidentifiedbelowinSection4.TheIn-PersonContestFinalistandtheOn-LineContestFinalistdefinedasfollows:A) In-PersonParticipant(s)tobecomeaContestFinalist-OnoraboutthefirstFridayafterthecompletionof

each2018GoodguysEvent,foratotalofnineteenevents(seethebelowidentifieddatesinSection5).One(1) In-PersonParticipantwillbeselectedrandomlyafter thecompletionofeach2018GoodguysEvent tobecomean In-Personcontest finalist for thatGoodguysEventonly (hereinafter referred toas “In-PersonContestFinalist”).ThepoolfromeachGoodguysEventremainsseparateandapartfromallotherevents,theywillnotbecombinedwithother2018GoodguysEvents.YourchanceofbeingselectedasanIn-PersonContest Finalist depends on how many individuals sign up as an In-Person Participant at the FordPerformanceMustangGTboothattheendofthatparticularweekendevent.

{Forexample:After thecompletionof the31stPacificNorthwestNationals,Puyallup,WAevent(“PuyallupEvent”), all the In-PersonParticipantentry forms for thePuyallupEventonly shallbecompiled from each valid official entry by an In-Person Participant completed at the FordPerformanceGiveawayMustangGTboothat thePuyallupEvent for theweekendof July27-29,2018. OnoraboutAugust3,2018one(1) individualwillbeselectedfromthepoolof In-PersonParticipantentryformsforthePuyallupEventastheContestFinalistfromthePuyallupEvent.}

This selection process will be repeated for each 2018 Goodguys Event, thus selecting one (1) In-PersonContestFinalistfromeacheventpool.Thereisalsoone(1)alternateContestFinalistselectedperEventinthecaseofaparticular In-PersonContestFinalist fromanyparticularevent isnoteligibleormust forfeittheirrightstothecontestprize.

B) On-Line Participant to become a Contest Finalist- All validOn-Line Participants will be entered into the

selectionpooltofindone(1)ContestFinalistaftertheclosingoftheOn-LineentryonDecember1,2018.Onlyone (1)On-LineParticipantwillbe randomly selected tobe theOn-Linecontest finalist (hereinafterreferred to as “On-LineContest Finalist”). Your chance of being selected as anOn-LineContest Finalistdepends on howmany individuals sign up “on-line” as anOn-LineParticipant for the Ford PerformanceGiveawayMustangGT.

4. FinalDrawingtoSelecttheWinnerfromAmongContestFinalists.

TheeligibleIn-PersonContestFinalistandtheOn-LineContestFinalisttotalingnineteen(19)In-PersonContestFinalistsandone(1)On-LineContestFinalistwillbecombinedtoenterthefinaldrawingonoraboutDecember11, 2018 (“FINAL DRAWING”). The combined group of twenty (20) contest finalistwill then enter the FINALDRAWING.Onlyonewillwinthecontestprize-FordPerformanceGiveawayMustangGT(hereinafterreferredtoas“Winner”).ThatWinnerwillbeselectedattheFINALDRAWINGconductedonorabout12:00pmPSTfromamongtheeligibleContestFinalists.TheFINALDRAWINGwillbeconductedunderthedirectionofindependentjudge(s)whosedecisionsarefinalonallmattersrelatingtothiscontest.TheoddsofwinningtheprizeattheFinalDrawingsisunknownandisbasedonthenumberofentriesreceived.TheoddsofwinningtheprizeasaContestFinalistaretwentytoone(20to1),oncetheContestFinalistpooliscombinedfortheFINALDRAWING.AfteraContestFinalisthasbeenselectedastheWinnerofthiscontest,theWinneragreestotimelyexecutetheGoodguys'PrizeAcceptanceandLiability/PublicityRelease formandanAffidavitofEligibility formandthenpromptlydelivertheexecutedformstotheGoodguysofficialbeforetheWinnertakespossessionofthecontestprize.

Goodguyswilluseitsrecordsofallentriesattheabove-identified2018Events(andtheinformationprovidedbyeach participant) to identify each such “Participant” and their eligibility to be a Contest Finalist. Goodguysreservestheabsoluteright,atanytime,toamendand/orrevisetheabove-identifiedlistof2018Events.

6. EligibilityRequirements. ThisContestisopenonlytoU.S.andCanadianresidentswhoare18yearsofageorolderandpossessavaliddriver’s licenseat thetimeof theFINALDRAWINGfromwhichContestFinalistsareselected.GoodguysalsorequiresthattheContestFinalistdemonstratethattheywillhavevalidcarinsurancepriortoobtainingpossessionofthecontestprize.Non-compliancewithanyoftheOfficialContestRulesmayresultindisqualification.Goodguysreservestherighttosubstitutecashoranothervehicleofequalorgreatervalue intheeventtheprize issubstantiallydamagedordestroyedbeforetheWinnertakespossessionoftheprize. Thisprizewillbegiven“AS IS”,afterusageandtravelofthevehicleforpublicitypurposestopromoteGoodguysand theprizeatnumerousGoodguysEvents throughout thecountry. Employees, representatives,consultants,subcontractors,andagentsofGoodguys,GoodguyEnterprises,Inc.,andGoodguysRodandCustomAssociation,aswellastheirspousesanddependents,arenoteligibletoenterthiscontestortowinthecontestprize.

7. NotificationtoWinnerSelectedtoentertheFINALDRAWING.TheWinnerwillbenotifiedbyatelephonecall,

e-mail,and/orbyalettersentviafirstclassUSMailfromGoodguysspecifyingthattheWinnermustcontactaspecific official at Goodguys. To determine if the Winner is eligible to be awarded the Ford PerformanceGiveawayMustangGTand isableandwilling toaccept theOfficialContestRulesand/or theprizeunder thetermsandconditionssetforthherein,theWinnerisrequiredtorespondtoaspecificofficialatGoodguysbyatelephonecalland/orbyletterwithinfive(5)calendardaysofthefirstattempteddeliveryoftheletterattheaddressprovidedbytheContestFinalist/Winner,e-mailaddressprovided,orthefirstattemptedtelephonecallfrom Goodguys. If theWinner either fails to contact that Goodguys official and respond as required, or isotherwise unavailable to receive the notification for whatever reason, such that no response is received by5:00pmPSTonthefifth(5th)dayfollowingofthefirstattemptedletterdelivery,e-mailand/ortelephonecalltotheWinner, then any right or interest of theWinner in the contest prize or this contest shall be promptlyforfeited. No other notificationwill be required to bemade byGoodguys to theWinner. If aWinner hasforfeitedtheirinterestintheprizeandthiscontest,analternateFINALDRAWINGFinalistselectedattheFINALDRAWINGwill then be declared theWinner of that FINALDRAWINGby the independent judge(s). Once analternateFINALDRAWINGFinalist is selectedby the independent judge(s)as theWinner, then thatalternateFINALDRAWINGFinalistmustbe foundeligible tobeawardedtheprize (i.e. isableandwillingtoaccept theOfficialContestRulesand/ortheprizeunderthetermsandconditionssetforthherein)andmustcomplywithallOfficialContestRulesasappliedtothealternateFINALDRAWINGFinalist/Winner.TheFINALDRAWINGwillbeconductedunderthedirectionofindependentjudge(s)whosedecisionsarefinalonallmattersrelatingtothesecontests.

8. FINAL DRAWING and the Prize. THERE IS ONLY ONEWINNER THATWILL BE SELECTED FROM AMONG THE

CONTESTFINALISTS.ThecontestprizeistheFordPerformanceMustangGTprovidedbyFordMotorCompany.

9. TravelExpensesoftheWINNERaftertheFinalDrawing.Theprizedoesnotincludeanyothertravelexpensesoranylodging,meals,rentalcarsorotherexpensesincurredbytheWinnerinacceptingandtakingpossessionoftheprize.TheWinnerwillbegiventitletotheprize,butonlyaftertheWinnerhasexecutedGoodguys'PrizeAcceptanceandLiability/PublicityReleaseformandAffidavitofEligibilityformandprovidedproofofvalidautoinsurancecoverage.Goodguysreservestherighttosubstitutecashoranothervehicleofequalorgreatervaluefortheprize(basedontheestimatedvalueforthisprize in itsAS ISconditionattheFinalDrawingbeingtenthousanddollars($10,000.00).

10. Prize “AS IS”. Upon theWinner completing and executing Goodguys' Affidavit of Eligibility form and Prize

AcceptanceandLiability/PublicityReleaseform,theWinnershallberesponsibletoacceptthecontestprize“ASIS”andtodriveand/ortransporttheprizeawayfromtheGoodguysheadquartersinPleasanton,California.

11. RELEASEOFLIABILITY. Uponacceptanceoftheprize,theWinnerforeverreleasesfromanyandall liability,

loss, harm, damage, cost or expense whatsoever, regardless of how it was incurred, and including withoutlimitation,anyandallclaimsforpropertydamage,personalinjury,and/ordeathwhichmayoccurinconnectionwiththeWinner’sacceptance,ownership,possessionand/oruseoftheprize,eachofthefollowing:

FordMotorCompanyandalltheirsubsidiaries,andanypersonorentitythatparticipatedinthebuilding,assemblingand/ormanufacturingoftheFordPerformanceMustangGT;andalloftheothercontributors,parts suppliers, and/or sponsors of this Goodguys 2018 Giveaway Contest for the Ford PerformanceMustangGT;GoodguyEnterprises,Inc.,GoodguysRodandCustomAssociation,Goodguys,anditsowners,employees,representatives,suppliers,agents,affiliates,associatesandadvertisers;officialsandmembersoftheGoodguysRodandCustomAssociation;anyparties,individualorentitiesinvolvedwiththiscontest,its promotion, and public relations and production agency associated with this contest; and theindependent judge(s) (whosedecisions for this contestare final)onallmatters relating to theGoodguys2018GiveawayContestfortheFordPerformanceMustangGTand/orthecontestprize.

12. ContestRulesGovern. Eachpersonentering thiscontestagrees tobeboundby theseOfficialContestRules

and by the decisions of the independent judge(s) in the selection of the Contest Finalist and ultimately theWinnerintheFINALDRAWING.ByacceptingtheseOfficialContestRules,eachContestFinalistsandtheWinnerexpresslyauthorizeGoodguys,FordMotorCompany,andtheiremployees,agentsandrepresentatives,tousetheir name, address and/or their photograph and/or likeness for publicity or advertising purposes withoutfurther compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. All forms, documents, follow-upcommunications, and recorded information regarding the In-Person, and On-Line Participants used in thiscontestaretheexclusivepropertyofGoodguysandFordMotorCompany,whichwillnotbereturned.

13 Contest Is Void Where Prohibited, Taxed or Restricted By Law. If there exists any laws, taxes, and/or

restrictions that actually apply to any valid contestant, participant, Contest Finalist and/orWinner; than thecontestisvoidforsuchindividuals(“VoidIndividuals”).Whetherornotsuchinformationisknownorunknowntoall thepartiesbeforeorafterthis2018GiveawayContestfortheFordPerformanceMustangGT.AnysuchVoid Individualsareunable toparticipateand/orclaim theaward, tobecomeaWinner. GoodguysconductsnumerousgiveawaysandwillnotbeheldresponsibleforresolvingpotentialoractualclaimsofVoidIndividuals.

14.WinnerResponsible for Taxes and Expenses. TheWinner has sole responsibility for all expenses, including

federal, state and local taxes, insurance, licensing, registration, and title fees related to and/or for theprize.Goodguys isnot responsible foranyunauthorizedhuman interventionorothercausesbeyond thecontrolofGoodguysthatcorruptor improperlyaffecttheadministration,security, fairnessorproperplayorconductofthiscontest.GoodguyswillnotberesponsibletoawardanyvalueinexcessofthevaluelistedintheseOfficialContestRules.

15.Winner Identification.TheWinner is identifiedonlineatwww.good-guys.comoncetheWinner isdetermined

eligibletoacceptthecontestprizeandhasexecutedtheproperdocumentation.Also,theidentificationoftheWinnerwillbemadeavailableafterDecember31,2018tothosesendingawrittenrequest(inEnglishonly)forthatinformation,togetherwithaseparate,stamped(firstclassmail),andself-addressedenvelope(#10)to:
