Our Animal Care Staff do what they can here at SPCA; however, there are times when a professional needs to step in. 2018 Holiday Gift Guide

Otoscope/Opthalmoscope $850 Many animals that arrive at the shelter areare suffering from a variety of injuries or illnesses, such as ear and eye infections. An otoscope/opthalmoscope allows our Animal Care team to closely examine the inside of an animal’s ears and eyes to properly assess and treat any infections.

Sanitation Supplies $100 Nontoxic cleaning chemicals are critical to ensure a safe environment for our animals to remain happy, healthy, and comfortable!

Tiny Tim’s story is all too common. His beautiful labrador retriever cross mom, Carly, came to Saskatoon SPCA late in the summer of 2018 and was heavily pregnant. No one came to claim her and Carly gave birth to eight beautiful wee pups. Tiny Tim was the smallest, but it would be impossible to say who was the cutest; each one was so adorable. Much as we love puppies at Saskatoon SPCA, we know a shelter is no place for a mom and babies.

Meet Tiny Tim

Through our dedicated network of foster families, we found the perfect fit to foster Carly and her pups - a wonderful person who, over the years, has opened his home and heart to more than 10 moms with their pups.

Thanks to his foster, Tiny Tim and his siblings were raised in a calm and loving home environment. It was hard but rewarding work for a month of tender care. Your gift to Saskatoon SPCA ensured he had the beds, toys, food, and medical care Carly and her little family needed. When they were ready for adoption, Tiny Tim and his sisters and brothers all found homes within days.
