The IRWA Board and Staff would like to welcome you to our 2018 Spring Conference; and to our new spring venue, the Indianapolis Marriott East. We feel we have put together a very timely and interesting program and hope you find it of benefit. Also, we have scheduled some special activities throughout the conference, so please join in!! We wanted to review procedures and give you some other information you will need: CONTACT HOURS
If you are obtaining Contact Hours for attending our approved sessions, you will need to have the back of your Contact Hour Form stamped IN and OUT by one of our session monitors each time you
enter and leave the session room. It is your responsibility to make sure the appropriate stamps are obtained, as our session monitors cannot possibly remember each person and whether or not that person attended a specific session.
NOTE: There are separate Contact Hour Forms for:
Water Wastewater Well Drillers / Pump Installers Professional Engineers (PDH) Illinois Operators
If you wish to receive hours for any of these, you must have the appropriate form(s), have each stamped IN and OUT for the appropriate sessions, and fill out the information on the front of each form.
Be sure to write your appropriate certification numbers on the appropriate Form and fill out all other
requested information.
PLEASE SIGN YOUR FORM(s).
Turn the Form(s) into the staff at IRWA’s registration table prior to leaving the conference.
IRWA staff will verify your attendance, tally the number of contact hours earned, and certify your
hours. You will receive a copy, in the mail, of the completed Form that is sent to the certifying agencies on your behalf. Our professional engineer friends will receive a copy of their form as well. Please maintain these copies for your records.
