超纯金属中痕元素的检测方法要求具有极高的灵敏度。痕元素的化学分析系指1g样

品中含有微毫克级(10-6g/g)、毫微克级(10-9g/g)、微微克级(10-12g/g)杂质的

确定。公司有专业的留样观察室,将每一批次高纯铜抽不少于10g样保存,并做好批次号

标识。每个发货都有对应的批次号,根据批次号可以追溯到该批产品的留样、生产过程

参数、生产操作人员等,设立有独立的质量检验分析中心,与EAG、苏州博飞克分析技术

服务有限公司战略合作,并与上海大学合作中试控制,利用GDMS对每批次产品进行全元

素检测,保证产品质量稳定。

三The detection method of trace elements in ultrapure metals requires extremely high

sensitivity. Chemical analysis of trace elements means the determination of impurities in

micrograms (10-6 g/g), nanograms (10-9 g/g), picograms (10-12 g/g) in a 1 g sample. We

have a professional sample observation room, which will save each batch of high-purity

copper with not less than 10g, and make the batch number identification. Each shipment

has a corresponding batch number. According to the batch number, it can be traced back

to the sample of the batch, production process parameters, production operators, etc., an

independent quality inspection and analysis center was established. We have strategic

cooperation with EAG and Suzhou Perfect Analysis Technology, and work with Shanghai

University, using GDMS method to perform all-element testing on each batch of products

to ensure stable product quality.
