Food & Beverage Business Firing Up Your Passion for the F&B Business

Build a strong foundation in food and beverage (F&B) management and operation with the Diploma in Food & Beverage Business.

This course provides students with the foundation for an F&B career before branching out to specialise in either F&B Management or Culinary Arts.

Students pursuing the F&B Management specialisation will learn about restaurant operations, while those in the Culinary Arts specialisation will be trained by renowned chefs and acquire knowledge about nutritional sciences as well as food safety and hygiene.
