MESSAGE FROM THE DIRECTOR

Dear Moncton,Look how far we’ve come!!! When we started this crazy trip 5 years ago we just wanted a cooler place to live. We wanted the streets to be more aesthetically inviting so we could have more spontaneous places to meet people, more glue to bring us all together, and new and exciting ways to celebrate it all. Each year in July this festival puts her fancy shoes on to paint the town, and the lives of the 50 staff, the 100+ volunteers, the 300 artists, and the 15,000 festival patrons that attend the events feel different, a little richer, and more colourful on the other side. Since the beginning we’ve watched the momentum of colour, culture, and passion in the streets grow into the really amazing anomaly that it is today, the place we call HOME. Don’t forget to remember that the logos on the back of this program is funding signed off by people who care about culture and let us keep doing the work that we LOVE. THANK YOU… from the bottom of our ‘ARTS to EVERYONE who helped make this festival happen from 2014 to now. The murals are yours to keep Moncton! But don’t forget to catch the parts that you have to be there to experience. Be nice to people. Eat good food. Drink water. And go get all the FUN.

Cher Moncton,Regarde jusqu’où nous sommes rendus !!! Quand

nous avons commencé ce voyage fou il y a 5 ans, nous

voulions juste un meilleur endroit ou vivre. Nous voulions des rues plus

esthétiques, plus invitantes, plus propices à se rencontrer, plus de lien entre nous tous et de nouvelles façons passionnantes de célébrer. Chaque année en juillet ce festival transforme la ville et rends un peu plus riche et plus colorée la vie des 50+ membres de l’équipe, 100+ volontaires, 300 artistes, et des 15 000 festivaliers qui y assistent. Depuis le début, nous avons admiré l’élan de couleur, de culture et la passion incroyable qui se sont développés jusqu’à aujourd’hui.Au dos de ce programme vous trouverez les logos de ceux qui se soucient de la culture et nous permettent de faire tout ce que nous faisons. N’oubliez pas que les logos à l’arrière de ce programme sont la signature de nos financeurs, ceux qui se soucient de la culture et nous permettent de continuer à faire le travail que nous et vous aimons.
