CAAR’s Affiliate Sponsor Marketing Guide is a commitment to provide a connection between REALTORS® and affiliate firms that offer vital services to the real estate industry, and in turn, to their clients.

This program is designed to create a unique alliance between Affiliate sponsors and the Association, which will deliver high quality networking experiences through events and education programs for its members. This provides you the opportunity to build lasting relationships in this organization and your community.

CAAR consists of 1000+ primary REALTOR® members. In 2019 CAAR will host several major member programs,

and various community outreach and educational programs:

• Installation of Officers & REALTOR® Recognition Awards Breakfast

• Honor Society Breakfast

• CAAR Affiliate Seminar and Reception

• General Membership & Big Stage Series Meetings

• RPAC (REALTOR® Political Action Committee) events

• Various educational session opportunities

• Community Outreach programs such as Albemarle Housing Improvement Program (AHIP)

• Partnership programs with Women’s Council of REALTORS®, Young Professionals Network (YPN)

and the Boys & Girls Club.

Outside of sponsorships, you may participate on the Group volunteer level to shape your organization, all while

maintaining a presence in front CAAR REALTOR® members and members of the community. Consider taking

Renovation at CAAR 2018/2019

The CAAR Building is Undergoing Major Changes to Better Serve Members!

The CAAR office building will undergo major renovation late 2018 into late Summer of 2019 to offer more space for member programs, meetings and classes. This process will consume most of the 2019 calendar year. This will cause an increase to off-site functions until renovation is complete.

The CAAR staff offices and REALTOR® store have moved to the completed new space formerly occupied by DuPaul Family Services. All operations of staff will continue on the North side of the complex. The membership will be updated on the process of renovation through completion. Once all work is done, you will have access to new rental space for meetings and events your company may wish to hold.
