From working at the prestigious Hanafiah Raslan & Mohamad, Arthur Andersen’s Malaysian a�liate, to opening his own practice in 1987, Rabin has represented clients large and small for over 30 years.

With extensive experience in audit, accounting, taxation and corporate advisory, Rabin has advised local and international clients across a broad range of industries – oil & gas, financial services, consumer products, industrial products, and real estate, amongst others.

When he’s not meeting clients, Rabin is often busy presenting, moderating or sharing his views at various conferences and forums on topics he is passionate about such as economic issues and changes in tax regulation.

Rabin is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), and the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA).

Pascal studied law at the University of Osnabrueck, Germany and completed his master´s degree in International Trade Law at the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa. Subsequently, he worked for an international law firm in Cologne and carried out his legal traineeship in Wellington, New Zealand and Sydney, Australia, amongst other places. He joined the legal team of Luther LLP in Singapore in 2013. Pascal was further admitted to practice as an Accredited Tax Practitioner (Income Tax) (Singapore) in 2017.

Pascal primarily advises European companies on investment projects in the Asia Pacific region with a particular focus on Malaysia and Singapore. In addition to tax law, he specializes in the establishment of joint ventures and the regional structuring of corporate groups. Pascal is a board member of various companies based in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong and in 2018 was o�cially appointed as a trusted lawyer of the Austrian Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

In 2017, Pascal became managing director of the Luther o�ce in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Krishnan is a tax advisor with Rabin & Associates with extensive experience in providing tax compliance and advisory services to clients across various industries. He has served in the Big Four as well as medium size tax firms with experience encompassing tax compliance and advisory matters including group restructuring exercises, restructuring of remuneration package, due diligence, withholding tax, tax incentive application, expatriate issues, stamp duty and real property gains tax. He is also actively involved in indirect tax compliance and advisory work.

He represents clients in discussions and negotiations with IRB and Customs (RMCD) as part of appeal, audit and investigation or dispute resolution process. Krishnan also regularly speaks at public and in-house seminars and trainings on direct and indirect tax topics.

Krishnan is a licensed tax agent approved by MOF and also an approved MyGCAP Reviewer. He is a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM), and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Additionally, he holds a LLB (Hons) from University of London and a Master of Business Administration from Cardiff Metropolitan University (UK).
