CEO STATEMENT OF CONTINUED SUPPORT FOR THE UN GLOBAL COMPACT

Since 2011, GESTION CREDIT EXPERT supports the United Nations Global Compact. This major initiative from the United Nations is to call to companies to align strategies and operations with universal principles on human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption, and take actions that advance societal goals.

Social and environmental responsibility is a voluntary process and has been a priority in the development of GESTION CREDIT EXPERT’s activities since 1970.

Our mission is to provide our clients with sustainable and effective solutions based on respect for and protection of human rights, employment law and the environment; we are also deeply committed to facilitating the fight against corruption.

This mission would be impossible without our employees, our clients and our partners, who support the firm and share our convictions.

With the present document, I wish to advance the UN global compact 10 principles, so that they will continue to be integrated in our group daily life, its strategy and its process. And maybe, it is my hope that we inspire our readers to support the Global Compact too.

This is why, i am delighted to renew GESTION CREDIT EXPERT Group’s commitment to the United Nations Global Compact.

9 - COMMUNICATION ON PROGRESS 2019 I GESTION CREDIT EXPERT

Our CSR approach is voluntary in the development of our activities, and this, since the creation of the company in 1970.

We did not wait for the new “loi PACTE” to define our «raison d’être» (vision/mission) which guides our daily decisions, actions or relationships. Our CSR policy, deployed alongside our QMS, means that we plan our firm’s strategy and operating model in a holistic way (organization, management system, product / solution offer, relationship with stakeholders, social and societal impact, etc.).

Together, our mission, vision, values and ambition constitute the true foundations of our group and help us stay on track. Our CSR and quality policies are the cement of these foundations.

Page 10: 2019 COMMUNICATION ON PROGRESS

10 - COMMUNICATION ON PROGRESS 2019 I GESTION CREDIT EXPERT

Our CSR policy is mainly based on:• Our official commitment to the United Nations Global Compact ; the complete document

of our communication on progress (COP) is available from our website and is updated every year,

• Engagement with «Entrepreneurs du Monde» and «NAMASTE»,• Environmental protection actions, in particular the use of «EASYTRI» for the recycling

of office waste,• Continuous actions to improve the lives of employees at work,• The fight against corruption,

OUR CSR APROACH IS BASED ON 4 AXES :

1. Human rightsOur mission is to promote and respect the protection of international human rights law in our sphere of influence. And we scrupulously take care not to be complicit in their violations.People remain at the heart of the company’s performance: cohesion, team spirit and well-being at work are a priority. In addition, we financially support non-profit associations whose values are close to ours, whether local, national or international.

2. International labor standardsGESTION CREDIT EXPERT respects French labor law and the eight fundamental conventions of the International Labor Organization which cover fundamental principles and rights at work: freedom of association, right to collective bargaining, prohibition of all forms of discrimination and harassment, respect for the person and maintenance of their integrity and dignity.

3. Respect the environmentThe GESTION CREDIT EXPERT group based its control and reduction of its environmental footprint policy on three fundamental commitments:

• Compliance with the regulations in force• Prevention of different types of pollution• Continuous improvement of knowledge, challenges and actions implemented for better

environmental performance

4. Fight against corruptionFounding member of the ANCR, National Syndicate of Debt Collection and Commercial Information Cabinets and then of FENCA, an association of Collection Firms in Europe which define the ethical rules of the profession, GESTION CREDIT EXPERT undertakes to respect them and to promote them.

CSR, A CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT APPROACH, KNOWN AND SUPPORTED BY EACH EMPLOYEE WITHIN GESTION CREDIT EXPERT…

CSR is everyone’s business within GESTION CREDIT EXPERT. It animates us when we recruit a new collaborator, it also guides us during the annual appraisal interviews (they are an integral part of the appraisal grid in the same way as expertise and know-how to be). And for each debt collection mission (mandate) that we carry out for the benefit of our customers, we significantly contribute to improve their cash flow, support their growth, or preserve their jobs. We all keep in mind that late payments and debts were the cause of 13,500 business bankruptcies and led to the loss of 38,000 jobs in 2017. So when we collect arrears or we advise companies on their their receivables management, we are convinced that we are helping to preserve companies health and therefore also their jobs.

…AND WIDELY BROADCASTED TO ALL OUR OTHER EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS

We are assessed each year by EcoVadis, a collaborative CSR rating platform between buyers and suppliers. EcoVadis evaluation sheets allow us to measure and demonstrate our group’s CSR performance on a detailed scale and share it with many customers, with maximum credibility and control.

Our COP is available on the website for all our stakeholders (customers, prospects, suppliers, partners, employees, banks, associations and affiliations) and is sent to all new employees as part of their integration program.

Finally, we participate in morning sessions reserved for SMEs to promote a CSR approach, a performance lever, in our territory. For example, we testified this year to a professional audience during an APEC morning session on the theme: «CSR approach, what impact on HR practices?».

UNE ÉVALUATION TRÈS POSITIVE ET TRÈS GRATIFIANTE DE NOTRE DÉMARCHE RSE

After being certified «Silver» since 2016, GESTION CREDIT EXPERT has just received in September 2019 the EcoVadis «Gold» medal with a score of 72/100. This score ranks us among the top 1% of the 60,000 companies worldwide that are most successful in terms of CSR.

TODAY, OUR CSR APPROACH AND OUR EFFORTS ARE REWARDED

We received an award during the 2019 CSR and Global Performance Trophies organized by France National Council of Public Accountants (CSOEC): this trophy is «Best governance» in the «Best CSR approach» category.

These distinctions obviously help us strengthen the trust we inspire to our stakeholders and go exactly in the direction of our corporate vision: to be the most recognized and respected partners in our industry.

AND TOMORROW...

QUALITY AND CSR APPROACH: A COMPLEMENTARITY OF GOOD SENSE FOR GESTION CREDIT EXPERT

We are convinced that our Quality Management System coupled with a structured CSR approach will allow GESTION CREDIT EXPERT to strengthen two essential qualities for its sustainability: its agility and the ability to adapt its economic model to changes in its ecosystem.

GESTION CREDIT EXPERT has been ISO 9001 certified since 1999. Our Quality Management System provides a foundation to ensure that the needs of our customers are taken into account and that we know how to respond to them in an appropriate and sustainable manner. This base helps us carry out our actions using our common sense, pragmatism and simplicity, its main objective is to help us stay the course over time when it comes to continuous improvement.

Page 14: 2019 COMMUNICATION ON PROGRESS

14 - COMMUNICATION ON PROGRESS 2019 I GESTION CREDIT EXPERT

GESTION CREDIT EXPERT has a culture and the structure to facilitate the deployment of our CSR approach: strategy, policy, objectives, action plans, etc.

A process established within the framework of a Quality Management System can, in addition to the “quality” input data (customers, regulations, costs, deadlines, etc.), integrate new ones (reduction of waste, number of training hours, gender equality, energy consumption...).

QMS and CSR approach are both based on a dynamic of continuous improvement based on stages whose input data cover more or less vast fields, but which are similar in their sequencing:

• Risk / opportunity (or impact) analysis,• Identification of stakeholders and their expectations,• Definition and sharing of a vision, values and a strategy,• Application of this strategy in policy and operational objectives,• Establishment and implementation of improvement action plans,• Implementation of performance measurement and monitoring devices, indicators,

and anomalies,• Review of results and continuous improvement of performance across all fields

covered by the procedures.

GUARANTEEING THE RELIABILITY OF OUR CSR APPROACH, OUR NEW AMBITION FROM 2020

Because today more than ever we are aware of the role we have to play with our customers and all our other stakeholders, we want to give them a guarantee on our overall and sustainable performance and we must also help them to achieve their own goals when it comes to implementing other development models that are more virtuous and more respectful of men, women and the resources available on our planet.

It is therefore quite natural that in the coming months, we would like to activate other tools to progress and give more meaning and more overall coherence to our CSR commitment. Thus, our project in 2020:

• To build and formalize a CSR roadmap based on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), adopted in September 2015 by the United Nations. These goals provide a universal agenda to be achieved by 2030 to build a more sustainable and inclusive world.

• Introduce our CSR strategy in our management review.• To integrate a labeling process

PEOPLE AT THE HEART OF EFFICIENCY

Cohesion, team spirit and well-being at work: a priority

Our staff enjoy a stimulating work environment, exempt from any form of discrimination or harassment.

We are extremely attentive to the balance between private and professional life. In addition to their salary, our staff enjoy quality services in terms of mutual health insurance and provident funds, meal vouchers and the 35h week agreement.

Every year we carry out a survey amongst all our staff to measure the company’s overall satisfaction rate. Their expectations and perceptions regarding their working environment, as well as their commitment, are scrupulously studied in order to implement continuous improvement.

To enhance work and make it easier for employees to progress in the company, we organized work in project mode whenever possible to enable employees to express their ideas and develop new skills and to facilitate sharing and collaboration between departments.

We are continuing with the commitment initiated in 2011 with the NAMASTE charity which supports and finances humanitarian projects in Southern India (micro-credit and education for women).

Through grants we support the charity Entrepreneurs du Monde, which works with people in developing countries through micro finance and social entrepreneurship programmes, and helps with the creation of very

small businesses.

In 2016 GESTION CREDIT EXPERT joined Réseau Entreprendre, a national business support network, in order to do its bit to contribute to the economic development of its area.

Since then Christophe Nobilet has helped more than 10 entrepreneurs to set up their own business. This is his way of sharing and imparting his passion for business while helping others discover theirs.

This year, we also formalized and wrote our Ethics Charter. It was distributed to all employees in July 2019. A GROUP FOR EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES

GESTION CREDIT EXPERT has one person with a disability on its staff.

The group regularly uses two adapted companies (French EA) to supply stationery. These companies, which employ at least 80% of disabled workers in their production workforce, allow these people to exercise a salaried professional activity in conditions adapted to their needs.

In 2019, we conducted a diagnostic to identify solutions in terms of employment and retention of people with disabilities, with the aim of defining a pragmatic and operational action plan in 2020.

ATTENTIVE AND PERSONALISED CAREER TRACKING

All employees benefit from an annual individual interview, a real time for discussion and an up-date on the past year. It is a source of both individual and collective progress. The employee is encouraged to give his or her opinion on working conditions and to look at solutions with the team manager to improve his or her performance or to remedy any difficulties encountered. He or she can also put forward his or her desires for evolution, express needs and ask for additional information.

DEVELOPING THE PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES OF OUR STAFF

Since the competencies of our staff are our

most important asset, GESTION CREDIT EXPERT is keen to develop them. The group has a strong training policy in order to offer staff the possibility of continually improving their skills. This is how we ensure that we remain agile as our businesses develop and always respond as closely as possible to the specific needs of our clients. And to optimise employee productivity and their satisfaction rate, several training methods are offered (on line, by phone, special sessions …).

In 2019 the Company provided 125 hours of training to 98% of its em-ployees. With a training budget of €712 per worker, HR is working alongside employees to develop their skills and help them build their careers.

OFFERING CONDITIONS THAT ARE FAVOURABLE TO THE QUALITY OF WORK

Optimal material conditions Located in the heart of Toulouse, just two steps from the Carmes district, the GESTION CREDIT EXPERT head office premises are functional, with a human scale open space that offers the possibility of setting up discus-sions and meetings to encourage collabora-tive work.

In 2019, we conducted a technical audit of our entire information system with the aim of improving everyone’s working conditions.

Provide improved work-life balance We are extremely attentive to the balance between private and professional life. In ad-dition to their salary, our staff enjoy quality services in terms of mutual health insurance and provident funds over and above the legal minimum, meal vouchers and the 35h week agreement.

In addition, for many years we have res-pected the right to de-connection, to enable employees to reconcile their personal and professional lives, combatting the risks of burnout. All the company’s employees have the possibility of not connecting to digital tools (computers, mobile phones...) and of

not being contacted for a professional rea-son outside of their habitual working hours, including on their personal communication devices, (paid leave, working time reduc-tion agreement leave, week-ends, eve-nings...). This right to de-connection is for all employees, mainly those who have chosen home working or who have managerial sta-tus.

REGULAR, TRANSPARENT SOCIAL DIALOGUE

Regular dialogue with Staff Representatives and the monthly meetings with all staff are used to identify and take into account any difficult or abnormality that may arise.

Transparency, which is one of the group’s founding values, is applied on a daily basis, through regular communications by direc-tors and managers to all staff: team mee-tings, monthly meetings for the whole group, newsletters and information messages on company news, special events …

DEMATERIALIZE OUR HR MANAGEMENT AND USE A HRMS

Our HR management digitalization represents a great opportunity to:• Concentrate our forces on value-added tasks and reduce certain costs,• Reduce our ecological footprint by dematerializing all documents,• Save time when we produce our CSR reports.

In this context, the Eurécia Human Resources Management Information System stands out quite naturally since, thanks to it:

• We better manage our HR administrative processes,• We disseminate information better internally,• We make life easier for all of our employees,• We produce our CSR reports faster thanks to consolidated social data.

• For example, we testified this year to an audience of professionals during an APEC morning session on the theme: CSR approach, what impacts on HR practices?

• We also shared our experience on the Rallye des Pépites alongside the organizers at the Salon de l’Entreprise Occitanie to recruit future volunteer companies for the 2020 events.

ENVIRONMENT

The GESTION CREDIT EXPERT group has based its policy for the control and reduction of its environmental impact on three fundamental commitments:

1- compliance with current regulations 2- the prevention of various types of pollution3- continuous improvement of knowledge, challenges and action implemented for better environmental performance.

OBJECTIVE: ENERGY SAVING, RECYCLING AND WASTE REDUCTION

Eco-action, near-generalised practice which must become systematic.

Within the context of communications to employees, awareness of eco-responsible actions is regularly aroused using e-mail. For example we encourage the use of stand-by mode on computers, screens and printers,

we encourage people to turn the lights off when they leave their offices … by frequent reminders of good practice either sent by e-mail or displayed on posters in high people traffic areas.

Water fountains are available to employees, to limit the need to purchase of plastic bottles.

GESTION CREDIT EXPERT continues its efforts in terms of dematerialization of HR procedures. All internal communication is also dematerialized, whether it is the welcome booklet, all the integration documents, internal notes or current information which are delivered by e-mail. We thus limit our consumption of paper.

To reduce our operating waste, we have parametered printers to ensure that recto/verso printing in black and white is the default choice. We encourage our staff to use the other side of pages printed on the front only as rough paper whenever possible.

We also take care to control and reduce our energy consumption. So we replaced all the ballasts to limit the current used.

ENVIRONMENT We also recycle used cartridges, cardboard boxes and plastics. We also recycle used cartridges, cardboard, plastic, office equipment and hardware. We partnered with a local recycling firm to handle the management and recycling of our waste. The firm ensures the complete traceability of our waste and provides us with statistics indicating the savings achieved through sorting.

Since 2018, we have been using a supplier of ecological supplies: hand towels, trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, cleaning products for the cleaning agent ...And to involve all employees even more in an eco-responsible approach, a clause in the contract allows GESTION CREDIT EXPERT employees to benefit personally from preferential rates and exceptional discounts on all catalogs.

In early 2019, to reduce our carbon impact and act for the environment while raising awareness among our stakeholders, we offered all our employees, customers and other partners trees to plant. The principle: we have sent 450 Reforest’Action animated e-cards, and for each, 1 tree has been planted worldwide.

Restricting pollutant business travel and carbon emissions.

Our head office is equipped with a videoconference system to reduce business travel.

For the dispatch of mail and parcels, we mainly use the French postal service, “La Poste” and Neopost, which guarantee the carbon neutrality of their services.

We also encourage staff to prefer the use of public transport and “green” travel (train, tram, bus, metro, city hire bikes) by reimbursing 50% of the cost of their season tickets/registration fee. 55% of employees travel by public transport or green transport, and 32% mix cars and public transport.

COMBAT AGAINST CORRUPTION

As a founder member of the ANCR, the National Union of Debt Collection and Commercial Information Firms, and then of FENCA, the Federation of European National Collection Associations, which define the profession’s ethical rules, GESTION CREDIT EXPERT is committed to complying with these rules and to promoting them. In 2014 Christophe Nobilet, CEO of GESTION CREDIT EXPERT, was elected as a director of the ANCR, through until end of 2017.

ACCOUNTING AND EXTRA-FINANCIAL TRANSPARENCY

GESTION CREDIT EXPERT is committed to a policy of total transparency when it comes to its financial communication. We will continue to publish our social accounts every year.

In addition, we communicate on our website our CSR approach and our Communication on Progress which applies to extra-financial reporting. We also communicate the results of the annual evaluation of our CSR Performance by EcoVadis. We also intervene at conferences and fairs, participate in CSR Trophies.

Finally, we communicate internally in a systematic and regular way our news related to CSR.

OBJECTIVE, IMPARTIAL SELECTION OF SUPPLIERS

When hiring contractors we call on at least two firms to stimulate competition between suppliers. We treat them with honesty, respect and equal opportunity during the selection pro-cess and when giving out business. We select our suppliers and partners impar-tially according to predefined and transpa-

rent criteria. If a supplier or partner makes an obvious mistake in their quotation or work, one that could impair future business dealings, we in-form them of it in writing even when against the short-term interests of GESTION CRE-DIT EXPERT.

Our relations are based on transparency and integrity. These principles are enshrined in our Sustainable Purchasing Charter sent to our suppliers.

SPECIFIC FRAMEWORK REGARDING BUSINESS GIFTS AND OTHER BENEFITS

Business gifts and other benefits (entertainment, reduced prices, service provision, etc.) either accepted or offered by GESTION CREDIT EXPERT and its staff are intended to build up firm relations between partners.

However, accepting such advantages could give rise to doubts as to the ability of a staff member to make an independent decision in the best interests of GESTION CREDIT EXPERT. By consequence, staff members have a duty of probity and agree not to ask for business gifts or other benefits.

Page 41: 2019 COMMUNICATION ON PROGRESS

COMBAT AGAINST CORRUPTION Accepting business gifts or other benefits from third parties or offering such benefits to third parties in contact with GESTION CRE-DIT EXPERT must be done, where appli-cable, in compliance with the following three principles:

• gifts much be for common usage and of a value of less than 150 euros• gifts offered in the name of GESTION CREDIT EXPERT must be, wherever pos-sible, gifts to be shared by a team of people • if a staff member finds him/herself confronted with a gift that exceeds this li-mit, he/she must inform the line manager who will then take the decision as to whe-ther to accept (or offer) the gift or benefit in question.

CONFLICT OF INTEREST

We must make sure that our direct or indirect personal activities and interests do not come into conflict with those of GESTION CREDIT EXPERT. We must be able to make objective decisions that are in the best interest of the Company. A conflict of interest arises when an employee or a friend or family member of an employee is likely to personally benefit from a transaction involving GESTION CREDIT EXPERT.Employees may thus not be involved in purchasing goods or services from a supplier in which they have a financial stake or personal connection. In case of doubt they must inform their superior(s).We must show proper judgement in order to avoid any situation that could result in a perceived or actual conflict of interest.
