2019 CONFERENCE SPONSOR AND EXHIBITOR KIT
The Consumer Voice Annual Conference is a one-of-a-kind program focused on quality
long-term care, development of advocacy skills, and bringing the consumer voice to policy
and program issues. Nearly 300 long-term care ombudsmen, citizen advocates, residents of
long-term care facilities, individuals receiving care in home and community-based settings,
family members, government officials, policy experts, legal services and private attorneys,
and others came together in 2018 for the latest information on national policy issues, skills-
based training, and best practices in care and advocacy. Participants hailed from 40 states
plus the District of Columbia.
