• Identify with internal stakeholders the specific and immediate needs
• Engage with Prime Contractors to identify Mentors
Phase II
• Engaged Minority Contracting Associations to identify potential interest and pairings
• Engaged through RFLOI to secure a Year I consultant to serve as a Coach for Group # 1 (5 pairings)
Phase III
• Facilitate the MPP Plan for Group # 1
• Kick-off for Group #1 scheduled by March 2019. Cycle will run for 18 months
