INFORMATION for EXHIBITORSDATE, TIME and LOCATION:The event will take place on Friday, October 18, 2019, from 8:30 a.m. to noon at the HCC Dale Mabry Campus, 4001 West Tampa Bay Blvd., Tampa, FL 33614

COST:Admission is free for job fair att endees. A 6-foot table and 2 chairs will be provided free to exhibitors.

EXHIBITIONS:The event exhibiti on areas at HCC Dale Mabry Campus will be open for installati on and preparati on aft er 7:30 a.m. on October 18, 2019.

To keep the event free to companies and job seekers, we cannot supply any materials other than a 6-foot long table and two chairs for each exhibiti on stati on. We recommend bringing display stands, nylon string, tablecloths, scissors, book ends and anything which can facilitate setti ng up your exhibiti on stati on. We recommend that all exhibitors have bilingual informati on available at the exhibit, if possible.

The management at HCC Dale Mabry Campus prohibits att aching any signs to the walls with tape, tacks, sti cky substances, or anything else. Please let us know one week in advance if you require electricity (you will need to supply your own extension cords).Exhibits must be open to the public unti l noon. Breakdown is from noon unti l 1 p.m.

DEADLINE:The deadline for submitti ng the registrati on form is October 14, 2019.
