Microlab has developed in OrthoTP a tool for the automatic
calculation of "Floating Norsm "According to the two phases

BIMLER ORIGINAL (OPTIONAL MODULE)
Microlab in collaboration with Barbara Bimler developed the original orthodontic method invented by Hans Bimler. The section of the orthodontic file consists of two
sections: Head Examination and Dental Examination.
Head examination
This section shows the summary graphics of the face, the
opening and closing mandibular movement, the position
of the hyoid and the morphology of the tongue. On the
right side we find the elements of the orthodontic check-
up.
Objective, Functional and Face Analysis Exam
This section collects the information of the dental
examination of the type of dentition, Dental and Skeletal
Classes, Periodontal Situation and Hygiene, Functional
and Face Analysis to evaluate the facial type.
CEPHALOMETRIC TRACES AND MODEL ANALYSIS
Thanks to the graphic interface, OrthoTP allows the rapid
creation of a precise and accurate cephalometric trace
with extreme simplicity.
More than 30 methods are integrated in the various
projections, Lateral, AP, PA, Axial, Overview, Postural,
Models, as well as (optional) authors such as Wilma
Simoes, Lavergne Petrovic, Planas, Rocabado etc.

SPACE ANALYSIS, DENTAL VTO AND BIOMECHANICAL SYNTHESIS (V. PRO)
Section in which the available space according to the
Boston school is calculated automatically and manually
with indication of the moving and anchoring vectors. The
operator can freely introduce other parameters such as
stripping, lee ways, expansion and distalization for the
final calculation of the dental VTO for the treatment and
selection of the orthodontic device. The Biomechanical
synthesis, based on an inferential algorithm (developed
by Microlab and Board Experts) and comparison with
clinical cases (over 800) without relapses, provides
guidelines for the therapeutic choice.
TMJ ( OPZIONAL)
The folder is divided into separate sections and
organized following a patient visit protocol according
to the ROCABADO method, in which it is possible to
interact with the map of the 8 points of joint pain. The
software is able to perform an automatic synthesis of
the correlations between pain points and
compromised tissues.
The sections: Muscle Palpation, Map of Pain,
Mandibular dynamic examination, X-rays and Traces.
POSTURAL ANALYSIS (OPTIONAL )
The Postural module developed in OrthoTP, goes far
beyond the classic postural assessment programs that are
limited to objectify the static posture of the patient
assessed by the vertical Barre fact OrthoTP Postural was
enriched by all those clinical trials are essential to a full
postural assessment, starting with the basic photographic
analysis up to the integration of sophisticated equipment
