BEDINGUNGEN FÜR DIE RESERVIERUNG1)-Sobald wir dieses Reservierungsformular ausgefüllt erhalten haben und die Anzahlung per Banküberweisung eingegangen ist, bestätigen wir die Reservierung per Post.2)-Es ist nicht möglich bestimmte Bungalows zu reservieren.3)-Annulierungen müssen 30 Tage vor Anreise erfolgen, um 100% der Anzahlung zurückerstattet zu bekommen. Zwischen 15 und 30 Tagen vor dem Anreisetermin werden 50% des angezahlten Betrages zurückerstattet. Bei kurzfristigeren Annulierungen gibt es keine Rückerstattung.4)-Sehr wichtig um Verzögerungen zu vermeiden: schicken Sie bitte per Fax oder Mail das Reservierungsformular und den Beleg der Über-weisung.

5)-Im Preis sind enthalten: Wasser, Licht, Küche, Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Mikrowelle, Klimaanlage, ein Parkplatze, sowie die im Reservierungsformular angegebenen Personen.6)-Nicht inbegriffen im Preis: Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Küchentücher und die Reinigung am Abreisetag. 7)-Die Reservierung ist nicht gültig, wenn das Reservierungsformular nicht vorschriftsmässig in allen Punkten ausgefüllt worden ist.8)- Ankunft und Abfahrt im Juli und August erfolgen Donnerstags und Samstags.Für dass nebensaison fragen Sie bitte nach Verfügbarkeit an anderen Wochentagen.9)-Die Bungalows stehen ab 16 Uhr zur Verfügung am Anreisetag und am Abreisetag müssen die Bungalows for 10 Uhr nach der Kontrolle verlassen werden.10)-Die Anzahl der Personen, die das Bungalow während des Aufenthaltes bewohnen, müssen die Personen, die im Reservierungsformular eingeschrieben sind, müssen der Kapazität des Bungalows angepasst sein (2 Erwachsene 2 oder 3 Kinder).11 )-Besucher können sich nicht als Bewohner des Bungalows einschreiben. Besucher sind nicht erlaubt.

CONDICIONES DE RESERVA1)- Una vez recibido este formulario debidamente cumplimentado y abonado el depósito mediante transferencia bancaria, la Dirección del camping Ie comunicará su respuesta aceptando o rehusando su petición.2)- Aceptada su solicitud se enviará la confirmación por correo. La reserva es nominal y en ningún caso se podrá elegir un bungalow en con-creto. 3)- Las anulaciones han de realizarse 30 días previos a su llegada para recuperar el 100% del depósito. Entre 15 y 30 días se recupera el 50%, si se anula con menos días de antelación no habrá devolución alguna. 4)-Muy importante para agilizar la gestión: envíen primero por fax/mail (escaneado) el formulario junto con el resguardo bancario del ingreso.

5)- Está incluido en el precio el agua, la luz, cocina vitrocerámica, nevera, menaje, micro-ondas, aire acondicionado, un solo vehículo y el número total de personas de la familia incluidas en el formulario.6)- No está incluido en el precio las toallas, sábanas, paños de cocina así como tampoco la limpieza exhaustiva del bungalow asignado. 7)- No se considerará válida la solicitud si no está debidamente cumplimentados todos y cada uno de Ios detalles indicados. 8)-ENTRADAS Y SALIDAS en ALTA temporada los días JUEVES Y SABADOS, en Semana Santa la estancia mínima es de cuatro noches (preguntar por descuentos especiales).9)- El bungalow estará a disposición del cliente a partir de las 16 horas y la salida se deberá efectuar antes de las 10 horas después de su inspección.10)- El número total de personas que ocuparán el bungalow durante la estancia deben ser las inscritas en el cupón de reserva además deberán ajustarse a la ca-pacidad del alojamiento (Dos adultos y tres niños).11)- Los clientes de los bungalows no pueden recibir visitas ya que éstas están totalmente prohibidas.

RESERVATIONS1)- Nous devons avoir reçu la brochure remplie et la caution par remise bancaire sur le compte du camping. La caution déposée sera déduite de la facture de votre séjour.2)- La Direction vous confirmera par courrier la réserve sans prendre en considération la situation du bungalow. 3)- En cas d’annulation jusqu’à 30 jours avant la date d’arrivée,il vous sera remboursé le 100% de la caution.Entre 15 et 30 jours le 50%. Moins de 15 jours aucun remboursement possible.4)- Très important pour agiliser la gestion; envoyer en premier par fax ou émail (scannée) la feuille de réserve et récépissé bancaire aussi.

5)- Dans le prix est inclus l’eau, l’électricité, une cuisinière vitrocéramique, le frigidaire, le micro-onde,ustensiles de cuisine,un seul véhicule et le numéro total de personnes inscrites dans la réserve. 6)- II n’est pas inclus dans Ie prix le serviettes de bain, les draps et torchons. Le nettoyage du départ doît être fait impérativement par Ie client 7)- La réserve ne se considèrera pas valable si les formulaires ne sont pas dûment remplies.8)- Rentrée et sortie en Juillet et Août, les jours de JEUDI et SAMEDI. Au cas contraire consulter par téléphone pour étudier d’autres disponibilités. 9)- Le bungalow sera à la disposition du client à partir de 16h et le départ doit se réaliser avant 10h après avoir fait un état des lieux.10)- Les noms et âges des personnes qui occuperont Ie bungalow durant le séjour doivent être inscrits et les occupants doivent s’ajuster à la capacité du Iogement. (deux adultes et trois enfants.)11)- Les visites ne peuvent pas s’inscrires dans les places libres du bungalow déjà qu’elles sont complètement interdites.

RESERVERINGS VOORWAARDEN1)-Na ontvangst van het volledige ingevulde reserverings formulier en de bankoverschrijving,laat de direktie zo snel mogelijk weten of Uw aanvraag is geaccepteerd of niet.2)-Wanneer de direktie uw reservering accepteert, stuurt deze u via de post de bevestiging van Uw bungalow.De reservering is persoonlijk en het is niet mogelijk om een bepaalde bungalow nummer uit te kiezen.3)-Bij annuleringen tot 30 dagen voor de aanvangst datum ontvangt U 100% van de borgsom terug. Bij annuleringen tussen de 15 en 30 dagen ontvangt U 50% van de borgsom. Bij een aankondiging van minder dan 15 dagen verliest U de borgsom.

4)-Om de boeking zo snel mogelijk te laten verlopen stuurt U het reserveringsformulier en een kopie van de aanbetaling per fax of mail.5)-In de prijs is inbegrepen water, licht, koelkast, keramische kookplaats,servies en bestek,magnetron,air-conditioning, parkeerplaats voor één auto en het aantal opgegeven personen.6)-In de prijs is niet inbegrepen: handdoeken, lakens, theedoeken en de eindschoonmaak van de bungalow.7)-De reservering wordt niet geaccepteerd als er niet aan al de voorwaarden is voldaan en het formulier niet volledig is ingevuld.8)-Aankomst en vetrek dagen in de maanden juli en augustus zijn op donderdag en zaterdag. De andere dagen alleen op aanvraag. 9)-De bungalow staat vanaf 16:00 tot uw beschikking en dient men voor 10:00 uur te verlaten na de controle.10)-Het volledige aantal personen dat de bungalow zal bewonen, dient bij de reservering te worden op gegeven en mag het maximum aantal van de bungalow niet overschrijden (2 volwassenen 2 of 3 kinderen)11 )-De klanten van de bungalows mogen geen bezoekers ontvangen,deze zijn verboden.

BOOKING CONDITIONS1)-When we receive this form completely fulfilled as well as the advance payment’s bank transfer, the campsite management will communicate you the answer to your apply, either accepting or refusing your petition.2)-Once your petition is accepted, we will send you confirmation by post. The booking is personal and in no event a determined bungalow can be chosen.3)-Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival will recover all the payment. Between 15 and 30 days 50% of the payment and shorter term can-cellations will not get any refund.

4)-Very important for a good management: first send the booking-form by fax or mail with the receipt of your bank transfer.5)-The price of the bungalow includes water, electricity, cooker, fridge, microwave-oven, airco,tableware, one car and the persons registered in the booking-form 6)-It is not included in the price towels, bedding, dishcloths nor the departing cleaning. The clients are expected to clean their bungalow on departure.7)-The reservation will not be accepted if the booking form is not filled-in correctly. 8)-Departure and arrival in July and August will only be on Thurdays and on Saturdays. If you wish to change departure and arrival days please contact us by phone. 9)-The accommodation is available after 16:00 h on the contracted day of arrival and will be vacated before 10:00 h after the inspection 10)-All the guest have to be registered on arrival and will not exceed the capacity of the bungalow (2 adults and 3 children) 11)- Visitors are not allowed for bungalows.
