Commemorative Giving: If your annual giving is greater than $1,500 for an individual or $3,000 for a couple, you may dedicate a day to commemorate a significant person or event in your life.

This year, UUCF is moving from an Annual giving pledge campaign to an Open Enrollment model. Open Enrollment is that time each spring when UUCFers make decisions about their methods and amounts of �nancial support for UUCF. This model also makes it easier for you to adjust your pledging options from year to year. Please complete the form below and return it to the UUCF o�ce.

Setting up ACH/Credit Card Payments in Realm

For credit card and ACH payments only, set up your pledge payment in the UUCF Realm database:

After you have completed this form, go to UUCF’s member database – onrealm.org/uucf – and log in. If you have not logged in before, contact Mary Foster, uucf@uucf.org, for login credentials.

After logging in, click on Community and then Giving.

Click on the blue +Give button (DO NOT click on +Pledge).

Select 2019-20 Annual Giving and fill out the form.

Complete the Payment Information and click Give.
