CIRTA Group established in 2006, specializes in Construction Work including electromechanical engineering and smart integrated facilities management services. The company was incorporated in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and receives the support of Abu Dhabi Government.

CWBN has established industry leading Management Information Systems and we tailor these to specifically address the individual requirements of all our Clients. This “best of breed” approach ensures the optimum IT Systems for each contract model and service scope.
CWBN brings its best of breed methodology of identifying, implementing and operating of specialised systems to this proposal. We already possess the required expertise as a part of our service delivery offering of these systems, thus significantly contributing to smooth operations post our award for the provision of Facilities Management Services.
We use this Concept which has the CAFM module to record and report on all activities and related performance, including UFM’s own systems, intranet & internet, as a part of our technological offering to this project
All the staffs from customer service till higher management is well versed in usage this system. Each work order gives status which denotes to which department each work is lying with which clearly defines and denotes the individual department KPI. This enables the senior management to understand the delays and take appropriate action to complete the task. CAFM covers all the activities from issuing work order till closure incorporating individual department activities and their KPI’s of CWBN.
CAFM thus explains effective monitoring of delays and speed up the execution.
