Completing this checklist does not guarantee that we have asked for all relevant information, or that you have provided all relevant information. IMPORTANT NOTE – WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT We shall endeavour to ensure that your income tax return is lodged with the ATO by the due date, provided ALL relevant information and documentation is received in a timely manner (by 31 March 2021 for returns due 15 May 2021, or as advised by your client manager).
