• Annex F: Glossary of abbreviations

• Acronyms: on one page only with referral to the ARIAL website

• The Implementation of U-Space Services Annex will not be shown in

the LSSIP Document in 2020 as the final U-Space report was just

published and it is now too short to start the new U-Space cycle at

the same time of LSSIP.

• The Questionnaire for States Military Organisations on infrastructure

Annex for EDA and NATO will not be shown in the LSSIP Document

in 2020, to avoid double reporting as NATO/EDA in cooperation with

EUROCONTROL/PAS have decided to use the NATO 2 years’ cycle

CEDAR exercise to capture the sensible data.

2020 LSSIP Template - Deadlines

• The pre-filled LSSIP documents (Initial Draft, in Word) will be

delivered to the States via the LSSIP SharePoint by the 13th

November 2020.

• The Executive summary graphics, the Chapter 3 Implementation

Projects data, the Chapter 5 Implementation Objectives Progress

(graphics and Objectives data) require the freezing of the DB on

14 February 2021 and will be then updated by the LSSIP team

as soon as possible after that date.

• The Working Level Agreed (WLA) Document shall be reached by

the 1st March 2021.

• The signed LSSIP final document shall be reached by 31 March

2021 – for the publication of the data in the European ATM Portal

(working).

Determination of Implementation Progress

• How to establish progress for Objectives at all levels (Checkpoint, SLoA,

Stakeholder, State)

• Clarification on inclusion and/or exclusion in the applicability area

Local Scope: if there are more than one organisational unit (Local Scope)

within the same organisation (for example several ACCs), an individual ‘’Local

Scope’’ shall be created properly for each of them within the applicable SLoA.

2020 Awareness Webinar for NewComers

It took place on the 13th October 2020

It gives an introduction to the European ATM Master Plan Level 3 &

the Local Single Sky ImPlementation (LSSIP) reporting.

The aim of the webinar session is to facilitate the LSSIP related

work of the stakeholders and in particular of the new comers during

the 2020 cycle.

The webinar was presented under 6 modules which were recorded

that are available on our LSSIP SP website.

The LSSIP Expert Group

• LSSIP EG is your sounding board for all LSSIP related items

• What are the Main activities of the LSSIP EG?

• 3 standard meetings / correspondences scheduled

• For setting up of new cycle (before summer holidays)

• Review of satisfaction survey results after the LSSIP Event,

• Involvement in developments for LSSIP cycle,

• LSSIP Event Dry Run (after summer holidays)

• Involvement in preparation of LSSIP Event

(including development of Agenda and Dry Run),

• Support to update of LSSIP Template and Working Instructions

• Mid-term meeting to check on cycle progress (winter)

Conclusions – 2020 LSSIP cycle

What’s in it for you?

• The requests of our stakeholders are the driving force for changes,

• Improvements in the Template (EOC and High Level Summary Table) + new SUR Annex –

EDA/NATO and U-space Annexes

• No change in the methodology, BUT precision on the applicability area and the Local scope

• The burden for the States is reduced to minimal – full support of EUROCONTROL NM/INF/PAS Team.
