Parks & Trails

Mandan Park District maintains over 20 neighborhood parks and recreational areas for the residents of Mandan. The extensive trail system also provides residents over 30 miles of paved recreation tails in addition to 9 miles of cross country ski trails.

Mandan Park District Plans for Fall Programs

Despite COVID-19, Mandan Park District still plans to offer its Fall/Winter programs. The Mandan Park District Recreation Department has protocols in place in order to provide your child a recreation opportunity in a safe environment.

Full refunds will be made if we are unable to offer the programs or if the child is unable to make it to the program due to an illness. Mandan Park District is trying to be as transparent as possible and as information becomes available we may have to adjust accordingly. “4 on 4” Full Court Men’s Basketball LeagueMandan Parks & Recreation offers 4 on 4 Men’s basketball. Games will be held Wednesday evenings beginning September 9th – October 28th. Each night will consist of 3 full court games up to a set number of points. The registration deadline is August 24th. Schedules will be emailed out by September 4th. For further information call Casey at the Mandan Parks & Recreation office at 663-8469. Space is limited to the first 18 teams signed up.
