We offer a wide range of alcohol free optionswith modern healthy drinks such as cold pressed

juices and kombucha along with mocktails made with 0% alcohol spirits.

Our packages feature premium and craft beerswith famous local brands such as Hahn and

James Squire and small independent producerswith their unique styles.

New South Wales has wine to suit any menu with some of the oldest vines in the world and

some new generation regions; it features famous grapes and modern alternative varieties.

ICC Sydney’s award winning wine and drink collection showcases labels from only local producers, highlighting the exceptional quality of wines from across the regions of our state of New South Wales (NSW.)

The list is compiled through an extensive selection process which included a blind tasting of all wine to ensure that every beverage earns its place. We’ve ensured that only the highest quality drinks are featured.

ICC Sydney’s Beverage Operations and Cellar Manager is a highly respected sommelier who can assist with your wine selection and can customise beverage packages to complement menu choices with a highly experienced beverage team ready to deliver them.

Beverage packages can be enhanced with the addition of optional extras such as cocktails and mocktails, craft beers and cider, dessert wines and local spirits. A range of customised activations can also be added to create picture perfect opportunities for social media.
