Patti NewcomerVice President of Marketing, Intuit ProConnect
Patti will share her vision on the future of the tax and accounting industry as technology continues to rapidly evolve. With more automation, tax professionals fear jobs are becoming obsolete. Yet this is the opposite of what is happening. With cloud-based technology becoming the norm, tax and accounting professionals will have more time to focus on clients, tax planning and advisory services to better serve clients year-round. Patti will share how new capabilities and integrations allow for increased productivity, enabling accounting and tax firms to automate their compliance work and spend more meaningful time with clients to help them reach their goals.
Patti’s leadership and extensive experience in product development, marketing strategy, brand strategy, digital transformation and analytics guides Intuit’s efforts with tax professionals. Prior to that, she held senior executive roles at Worldpay, Wachovia Corporation and Capital One, and spent her early career in New Product Development at Procter & Gamble.
