HOW TO SPONSOR EXCHANGE 2020 SPONSOR

POLICIESOPPORTUNITY AVAILABILITYDuring the past sponsor preview, first choice of opportunities will be awarded based on your last year's sponsorship commitment level. Within each level, availability will be given based on when the commitment is sub-mitted. Moving forward, sponsorships will be awarded based on first-come, first-serve.

SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENTBy submitting the online commitment, sponsoring company agrees to pay the sponsorship total. Payments can be made by credit card at time of check-out or by check by selecting pay later.

All recognition of sponsorship is the responsibility of the Grain Elevator and Processing Society, as outlined in the corresponding list of benefits by level. GEAPS is willing to entertain proposals for in-kind  sponsorships.

Cancellations and refunds are avail-able only if recognition benefits have not been accrued.

1. CHECK OUT THE BROCHURE Review the benefits that go along with each level. Decide which level will give your company the most recognition to match your branding goals.

2. LOG IN ONLINE Go to geaps.com/exchangesponsorship. If you do not have a user login for the site, you will have to create one. Once logged in, don't forget to select "Register Myself."

3. SELECT THE OPPORTUNITIES Just add the items your company wants to sponsor to your cart and a yellow banner saying "In Itinerary" will show up.

4. CHECK OUT Check out by selecting pay now or pay later. If you choose to pay later, it will require a PO number. You can provide one or simply sign your name.

5. SUBMIT COMPANY LOGO AND URL Send in your company logo and URL for promotional purposes. Logos need to be in vector file format (EPS or AI)

6. ENJOY YOUR SPONSORSHIP Get your confirmation and begin to enjoy the recognition and benfits that come with your sponsorship committment.
