arrIval - Please arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment to allow time for a locker to be assigned, change and unwind.

laTE arrIval - Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you; late arrivals will receive the remaining time of their appointment.

hEalTh consIdEraTIons - Inform the spa attendant at time of booking if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions or allergies and fill out the medical information document.

crEdIT card numBEr - Required for booking any appointments. Group and Wedding Events are subject to terms of contract.
