500 wedding guests in its beautiful Bavarian inspired facility. Our unique multi-level design offers endless seating possibilities and table

arrangements for groups of all sizes.

HOLIDAY RATES The Bauerhaus is unavailable for rental on Thanksgiving, Christmas & Easter. Memorial Day,Independence Day, Labor Day & New Years Eve are subject to the Saturday night rate & minimum.

FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICES The Bauerhaus requires that we provide all food & beverage services. Menuselections, tentative guest numbers & event agenda must be confirmed no later than (30) days prior to yourevent date. Final guest numbers are required (10) days prior to your event & no individual guest cancellationsare permitted. Additional guests will be allowed until 72 hours prior to your event start time. We reserve theright to substitute menu selections related to quality issues. Food tastings can be scheduled but are subject tolisted prices.

DEPOSIT • Monday - Friday $300 • Friday Evening, Saturday or Sunday $1,000

PREPAYMENT An amount equal to your food & beverage minimum is due (6) months prior to your event.

FINAL PAYMENT is due (5) days prior to event date, less the above deposit & prepayment. Cash, check orcredit cards are accepted. A 3% convenience fee will be added to all credit card payments. 2% interest on anypast due accounts, per month. $50 charge on any returned check. Any collection, attorney, or court feesincurred are the responsibility of person(s) signing the reservation agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancellations must be in writing & must be signed by person(s) signing thereservation agreement. 50% of deposit & prepayment is refundable, if facility is reserved by another partyor non-refundable if not re-booked. Any cancellations less than 6 months prior to event date will incur a$125 cancellation fee per service reserved by your coordinator (DJ, transportation, musicians, etc.)

On property services include a breathtaking outdoor park setting for ceremony site,

and an alternate indoor ceremony location so weather is never a problem.

In 2021, Bauer’s Grove Bauerhaus will celebrate 141 years in the hospitality industry and

it's fifth generation of Bauer ownership since the company’s inception in the late 1800’s. For

decades and multiple generations, Bauer’s Grove was a destination for many churches and

companies to enjoy summer picnics on the 32 acres of property. As it's popularity grew, so did

the need for more land and new facilities to accommodate the group sizes. In 1986, The

Bauerhaus, a full-service event venue, was constructed to replace the existing dance pavilion

and event space. Since that transition to full service events, Bauerhaus has become an industry

leading venue for private and corporate events. Then in 2000, the company transitioned and

grew again into catering services for corporate deliveries and private events around the tri-

state. Today, Bauerhaus Catering is delivering daily and around the clock to companies, private

facilities and rental halls for groups of all sizes and event types with a large fleet of vans and a

full-service catering team. Within the talents of the onsite culinary team, Bauerhaus Pastry

emerged and now all pastries, specialty cakes and desserts are baked by these specialists for

events served by Bauerhaus. Pastry orders are also available for pickup or delivery for any type

of special occasion that you might be planning. Bauerhaus today is more than a venue or

caterer or baker. Team Bauerhaus is an event experience that can be customized for all of

life's special occasions.
