2021 HALLOWEEN WEEKENDS CONTEST RULES FRIGHT FLICKS MOVIE SCENE TRAIL RULES Contest will be held every Saturday & Sunday during Halloween Weekends. Entry playing card  available at Guest Relations 

• Contestants will be challenged to find and correctly name over 13 different moviescenes randomly placed throughout the park.

• Once you have completed your entry playing card return it to Guest Relations.• Deadline to submit your playing card is 6 p.m.• Winner will be the entry playing card to correctly name the most movie scenes.

PRIZE: Daily winner will receive one (1) 2022 Season Pass! 

Limited Entries! Participants will be allowed to win the Fright Flicks Movie Scene Trail only once during the ten (10) days of Halloween Weekends.  

THE GREAT PUMPKIN ROLL RULES Every Saturday & Sunday during Halloween Weekends starting @ 4:30PM 

Children ages 6 & younger are eligible to participate in the Great Pumpkin Roll

Four (4) competitors per race based on age

Competitors will roll a pumpkin down a race hill

First pumpkin to cross the finish line wins!

PRIZES: 1st Place: Souvenir Prize Bag, Certificate, and Photo of Winner for Social Media. Everybody Wins & Receives a Souvenir Toy Prize Bag! 

Limited Entries! Participants will be allowed to compete in the Great Pumpkin Roll only once during the ten (10) days of Halloween Weekends. 

• Face masks are recommended for everyone ages 2 years and older.• A costume mask is NOT a substitute for a cloth mask; a costume mask is not

recommended instead of wearing a protective face mask unless it is made of twoor more layers of breathable fabric that covers the mouth & nose and doesn’tleave gaps around the face.

• The CDC advises against wearing a costume mask over a protective cloth maskbecause it can be dangerous if the costume mask makes it hard to breathe.Instead consider using a Halloween-themed cloth mask.

• Participants may remove their face mask only while on stage, as long as they maintain asocial distancing of 12’ or more.

INDIVIDUAL COSTUME CONTEST RULES Saturdays October 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd starting @ 3 p.m. 

3 Divisions: Ages 0‐6; Ages 7‐12; Ages 13+

Contestants will be judged on the following criteria:o Creativity: How creative is the costume? How Scary/Silly/Cute is the costume?

Does the costume show personality?o Originality: How original of an idea is the costume? Does the costume stand out

amongst the rest?o Effort: How much time & effort did it take to create the costume? Is the costume

store bought, professionally tailored, or homemade?o Authenticity: How accurate & thorough is the costume?

A panel of three (3) judges will award contestants up to 5 points per category with 20points being max per judge and 60 points maximum overall. The three contestants withthe most cumulative points will be granted 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

PRIZES: 1st Place: One (1) 2022 Season Pass  2nd Place: Two (2) 2022 One‐Day Admission  3rd Place: Souvenir Prize Bag

GROUP COSTUME CONTEST RULES Saturday October 30th ONLY starting @ 3 p.m. 

• Team must be 4 or more participants with a “Theme” for their team entryo Example – Addams Family, Simpsons, Snow White & 7 Dwarfs, etc.

• Groups will be judged on the following criteria:o Creativity: How creative is the group theme? How Scary/Silly/Cute is the

costume? Does the theme show personality?o Originality: How original of an idea is the group theme? Do the theme /costumes

stand out amongst the rest?o Effort: How much time & effort did it take to create the costume? Is the costume

store bought, professionally tailored, or homemade?o Authenticity: How accurate & thorough are the group costumes?

• A panel of three (3) judges will award contestants up to 5 points per category with 20points being max per judge and 60 points maximum overall. The three groups with themost cumulative points will be granted 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

* A participant in the Group Costume Contest who has already won & received a prize in the Individual Costume Contest is not eligible to receive a second prize if their team wins in the Group Contest with the exception that should an individual winner be part of the winning group they may exchange their Season Pass prize voucher for a GOLD Pass voucher.

MUMMY WRAP CHALLENGE RULES Sundays October 3rd, 10th, 17th 24th and 31st starting @ 3 p.m. 

Contest is open to all ages

Teams may have no more than 4 memberso We encourage teams be composed of members from the same household

One teammate is designated the “Mummy” and will be wrapped in toilet paper by theremaining 1‐3 teammates. Once in position the “Mummy” is not allowed to move.

Remaining teammates have 2 minutes to wrap the mummy. The winner will be the bestwrapped mummy based on –

o How well is the mummy wrapped?o Is the mummy fully covered or are there any gaps in the wrapping?o Is the mummy’s wrapping neat, did the mummy “dress up” or “strike a pose”?o Winner is determined by the audience; spectators will vote for the best mummy.

PRIZES: 1st Place: Two (2) 2022 One‐Day admission tickets for each team member of the winning team, certificate & photo
