Dear Traveler,

I hope you are healthy and well—and that you have been able to reconnect with friends and loved ones this summer. Karine and I have been spending as much time as possible on board our ships, and I can tell you that it is wonderful to be back at sea and on the rivers with our family of crew.

As the world continues to reopen for international travel—and we have successfully restarted operations with our Welcome Back collection—it remains our mission to create meaningful experiences that are destination focused. Hopefully you are inspired by the ocean and expedition voyages for 2022, 2023 and beyond that are detailed in the following pages.

You may be dreaming of a search for the northern lights in the misty fjords of Scandinavia—or a voyage closer to home in the turquoise waters of the Caribbean. Perhaps the warmth and ancient history surrounding the Mediterranean are at the top of your travel list. Alternatively, maybe you are considering the journey of a lifetime—one of our new expedition voyages to Antarctica, which begins sailing in early 2022.

In addition to immersive itineraries planned around the world, we will also welcome two new sister ships, Viking Mars and Viking Neptune, to our ocean fleet in the next year—along with our two new purpose-built expedition vessels, Viking Octantis and Viking Polaris. I am also pleased to showcase details of the Viking Health & Safety Program, which was developed in coordination with an international team of scientific and medical advisors and is one of the most well-researched and comprehensive COVID-19 prevention and mitigation plans of any travel company.
