1 INTRODUCTION

The following report will deal with the results of a magnetometer survey carried out on Bristol Township Property. This property consists of two separate block mining claims (15 units) located in central portion of Bristol Townships, Porcupine Mining Division, Ontario (Figure #3). This work was carried out on a contract basis by Vision Exploration on behalf of Liberty Mines.

A total of approximately 12.7km of chain saw cut grid lines were established to cover a specific portion of the claim group. These lines were then covered with a magnetometer survey. This work was carried out on May 17 and 18,2005.

The purpose of this survey was to provide reconnaissance magnetic data that may aid in the geological interpretation of the area, specifically, any geophysical signatures that may indicate the contact shown to occur between the Mafic Volcanics and sediments. This area is of particular interest as it is situated approximately 5km Northeast of the Holmer Prospect currently being developed by Lakeshore Gold

This report will deal with the results of the magnetic survey carried out on the abovementioned grid.

LOCA nON AND ACCESS

The Bristol Township Property consists of two separate block-mining claims located in the central portion of Bristol Township. The property is situated approximately I3km Southeast of the city of Timmins (Figure #2).

Access to the work area was gained by taking Hwy 101 west from the city of Timmins for approximately 13km. Both claims lie just north of the Hwy and were accessed by foot (Figure #3).

PREVIOUS WORK

Timmins Timmins Timmins

This is the first phase of exploration to be conducted by Liberty Mines. This area is of particular interest as current work programs are currently being carried out in the immediate are by Tom Resources, Lakeshore Gold and Probe Mines. The focus of these programs tends to be focused on the contact between the mafic volcanics and sediments. Compilation maps of the areas show the current claim group to occupy approximately 1km of this contact.

3 GENERAL GEOLOGY

The Bristol Township Property is shown by OGS Map # P3436 Timmins west - Bristol and Ogden Townships, Precambrian Geology, to be underlain primarily by Mafic to Intennediate Volcanics. This map also shows the southeast comer of Claim #3002710 to be underlain by sediments, and hosts approximately 1 km of the resulting geological contact.

5 WORK PROGRAM

The work program involved establishing 12.6km of chainsaw cut grid lines over two separate claims. The grid specifications were set up to provide a base line at north 70 degrees east with perpendicular lines every 200m. This grid was then picketed usmg a 25m-station interval. The purpose of this program was to provide reconnaissance magnetometer data for the area that may help with the geological interpretation.

The following is a brief description of the geophysical methods and parameters used:

MAGNETOMETER THEORY

A GEM GSMT-19 Proton Precession magnetometer was used to carry out the magnetometer survey. The instrument is synchronised with a GEM GSMT-19 recording base station to help eliminate magnetic diurnal variation. This should ensure an accuracy ofless than 1.0 Nt.

The Proton Precession method involves energising a wire coil immersed in a hydrocarbon fluid. This causes the protons in the proton rich fluid to spin or precess simulating spinning magnetic dipoles. When the current is removed the protons precess about the direction of the earth's magnetic field, generating a signal in the same coil which is proportional to the total magnetic field intensity. In this way, the horizontal gradient of the earth's magnetic field can be measured and plotted in plan form with values of equal intensity joined to form a contour map.

This presentation is useful in correlating with other data sets to aid in structural interpretation. Individual magnetic responses can be mterpreted for dip, depth and width estimates after profiling the

data.

The following parameters were employed for the survey:

SuRVEY RESULTS

The magnetometer survey conducted on the subject property was successful in outlining a number of features that may be marking geological units.

The most dominant magnetic featured show up as highs, primarily on claim #3002710.

6

Although these appear to be one line anomalies the may be marking north-south striking diabase dikes in the area. Due to the large line separation it is difficult to determine an accurate strike direction for these features.

The magnetics located within the southeast comer of claim #3002710 tend be slIghtly lower and fairly flat. These may be markmg the sediments shovvn to occur within this ponion of the claim. The resulting geological contact is a favourable exploration target.

RECOMMENDA TIONS AND CONCLUSIONS

As described under the results, this work program outlines what would appear to be contact between the mafic volcanics and the sediments. Several, strong one line magnetic anomalies are likely the result of north-south striking diabase dikes.

To start with this data should be compiled with any historic geological of geophysical data that may be available. Additional work should take the form of fill-in lines, incorporating 100m line spacing. This would help in more accurately outlining the diabase dikes in the area.

As it appears as though a portion of the property covers the geological contact that is of interest, and induced polarization survey should also be considered. This method may respond to zones of disseminated sulphide that may not have been detected by the conventional magnetic and electromagnetic methods used thus far.

Due to this properties proximity to the Holmer Prospect any unexplained anomalous zones outlined by this or future programs should be further tested. If any remain unresolved they should be tested with diamond drilling.
