Activate the 21st Century Scholarship• As a high school senior, a 21st Century Scholar
must: – Complete an affirmation form by March 10, 2014– Meet the state FAFSA filing deadline of March 10
and the FAFSA correction deadline of May 15– Apply for admission to an eligible Indiana
institution
