EXPERIENCED ESTIMATORSOur skilled Estimators use nationally recognized insurance costing software to assess the loss. Our Estimators have years of construction and cleaning experience and are trained restoration specialists. We are your advocate when negotiating pricing and the scope of work with your insurance company. We make sure that your interests and needs are met first and foremost. Our Estimators are knowledgeable in insurance policy language and terminology. We understand your coverages and can maximize the benefits of your claim.

PROJECT MANAGERSA Project Manager supervises your project from start to finish. Project Managers provide a scheduled time line, hold weekly meetings to keep you informed, assist with material selections and procurement, and plan budgets for material allowances.

A FULL SERVICE CLEANING & PACK OUT DIVISIONOur certified cleaning staff not only structure cleans your business, but also inventories, packs, and safely removes and stores your valued possessions in a climate-controlled vault. After your property is restored and your possessions are cleaned, our staff will return them to you.

DIRECT BILLING WITH YOUR INSURANCE CARRIERWe work directly with you and your insurance carrier to make sure funds are distributed appropriately. We schedule inspections with mortgage companies as needed.

Ultrasonic cleaning is not only environmentally friendly, it is also an incredible cleaning system that works quickly and saves time, money, and many of the things that matter most to you. Unlike traditional cleaning systems, Ultrasonic cleaning can restore electronics, small appliances, power tools, and it also cleans plastics. Because Ultrasonic technology is so gentle on delicate items, many things that cannot be restored otherwise are cleaned using the Ultrasonic system.

CONTENTS MANAGEMENTIf your belongings cannot be cleaned on site and need to be taken to our facility, we start by using a digital recording system. Roth’s DPI inventory system creates a catalogue of your belongings. We can provide that list to you in both digital and paper formats. Once we have an inventory, we carefully package your contents and transport them to our cleaning facility. When your items are restored, they are re-packaged and stored in our climate-controlled warehouse. All of your belongings are in their own private vault for safe-keeping.

What You Should Know About The Restoration Process

WHAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FORGIVE PROMPT NOTICE TO YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY

This is usually done through your insurance agent. Your agent will direct you to the right resources and guide you in the claims process. An insurance adjuster will be assigned to your claim by your insurance company. We work directly with you and your insurance carrier, agent, and adjuster. We are here to assist in processing your claim from start to finish. Any and all inspections will be completed by your Project Manager.

PROTECT THE PROPERTY FROM FURTHER DAMAGE, INCLUDING ALL REASONABLE AND NECESSARY REPAIRS

Disasters often leave your property and valuables exposed and vulnerable. When your property is compromised, it is an absolute necessity that you make sure that no further damages can occur. This includes tarping or boarding up holes in the roof, windows, doors, or walls that are open and exposed to the elements or to vandals.

PREPARE AN INVENTORY OF DAMAGED BELONGINGS INDICATING QUANTITY, DESCRIPTION, ACTUAL CASH VALUE, AND AMOUNT OF LOSS

Creating an inventory of damaged contents is difficult. You are required to carefully inspect and make a detailed list of every damaged and destroyed item. Additionally, you must assess the actual cash value for each item.

A disaster is very disruptive, so it is important to take the appropriate steps on the road to recovery. We provide you with tips that will streamline the process and help you get your life back to normal.

Using our DPI Pack-Out software, we provide a detailed inventory. This digital inventory is essential in getting your damaged and destroyed items restored or replaced. Since you are required to show your insurance company any damaged or destroyed items, it is essential that you not discard any items you want restored or replaced.

WHAT TO EXPECT ONCE YOUR PROJECT STARTSHIDDEN OR MISSED DAMAGES

Once we complete our initial estimate, and your insurance company settles the loss, there may be unseen damages that were not anticipated. Hidden damages are ones that were impossible for your Estimator to see or anticipate during the initial inspection. In most cases, hidden damages occur because of an unusual feature in the original structure. Damages may be hidden in a wall or simply be covered by a large amount of debris. Your Estimator can help you apply for additional damage expenses by filing a supplemental estimate.

AGENTAn agent is the person who sold you your insurance policy. For specific information about your insurance policy, it is important that you contact your agent as soon as you can. They can help you initiate the claims process.

ADJUSTERAn adjuster is the person who represents your insurance company. All negotiations of your insurance settlement are through this person. We work directly with your adjuster to ensure your needs are met.

UNDERSTANDING YOUR INSURANCE POLICYThe insurance policy that you purchased to cover your business will now have a major impact on its repair. It is important for you to understand the coverages that your policy provides. Each insurance company writes its own unique policy, but the basic coverages of most insurance policies are quite similar. If there are any items in your policy that you do not understand, we can help you with decisions that you make and help you to deal with your insurance carrier, agent, and adjuster.

POLICY LIMITS

Despite whether or not your policy contains replacement costs, YOU WILL ONLY BE ELIGIBLE FOR COMPENSATION IN THE AMOUNT OF YOUR POLICY LIMIT.

TYPES OF COVERAGES

BUSINESS INTERRUPTION INSURANCE (BI) Business Interruption Insurance (also known as business income insurance) is a type of insurance that covers the loss of income that a business suffers after a disaster. The income loss covered may be due to disaster-related closing of the business facility or due to the cleaning and/or re-construction processes after a disaster.

ACTUAL CASH VALUE (ACV)Actual Cash Value covers the property plus the value of your belongings after deducting depreciation (i.e., how much the items are currently worth and not how much you paid for them). If you have an ACV policy, you are only eligible to receive the depreciated value of damaged property and contents.

REPLACEMENT COST VALUE (RCV)Replacement Cost Value is the actual cost value without the deduction for depreciation, so you would be able to repair or rebuild your property up to the original value. If you have an RCV policy, you will be entitled to receive replacement cost value upon completion of the repairs to your property.

SUPPLEMENTSYou may hear this term during the course of your restoration project. A request for a supplement to your original estimate is made by your estimator should additional damages or increased costs due to extenuating circumstances arise. Roth will submit these items to your adjuster for verification and approval.
