Pope's prayer intention for June:
Compassion for the world amidst Covid-19
Pandemic
The Way of the Heart
Many people suffer due to the great
difficulties they endure. We can help them by
accompanying them along an itinerary full of compassion, which
transforms people’s lives. It brings them closer to
the Heart of Christ, which welcomes all of us into the
revolution of tenderness.
We pray that all those who suffer may find their way in
life, allowing themselves to be touched by
the Heart of Jesus.
Please pray for our sick and housebound : Reuben Henriquez ,Loremi Labres, Preity Sageev Jacob, Michael Murphy, Michael Kelly, Jacinta Eyre, Anne Pobjoy
Please pray for the recently died: Monica Mary Cox, Alex Ward, John Kane Senior, Julia Gadd *Also remember to pray for our First Communion Children who prepared for their feast day remotely with their own families.

Adopt a Planter Box Thank you to the volunteers who have already decorated our flowerboxes. Please consider adopting the last two small ones. You will be decorating them with your choice of plants and care for them over the summer. A water can is in the bushes in the parking area. The water tap is outside the kitchen wall.
Opening the Church for Private Prayer From Monday 15th we are allowed to open the church for private prayer. This coming week the church will be open on the following days: The church will not be open when Fr Robert will be saying mass. You can join in this via the church website.
When the church is open you will be asked to follow these guidelines: 1. Keep a social distance (2 metres) from other people not of your
household. 2. Sanitize your hands on entering and leaving the church. 3. Wear a face (or cloth) mask. 4. You are asked not to touch the statues. 5. Unfortunately, no votive candles can be lit. 6. Only a limited number of pews will be in use and therefore a limited
number of people allowed in the church at one time. 7. There will be a ‘one way’ system into and out of the church. 8. The toilets will not be in use
More people have shown an interest in helping with looking after the church at opening times. We need two people to be there when the church is open. If you are willing to help with the staffing please contact Fr Peter Andrews
