Re: PC X (2010) Thames Valley
Appeal to the Police Appeals Tribunal. Successful appeal to the PAT
following written argument. The officer concerned was dismissed after
accepting a police caution for assaulting a vulnerable member of the
public.
Football Association
Tom recently appeared in front of the FA on an appeal against an
interim suspension order. The appeal was successful and is believed to
be the first of its kind.
