10-DAY CLEANSING INSTRUCTIONS AND GUIDELINES

In addition to thoroughly cleaning your kidneys, liver, colon and intestinal system, this cleanse provides powerful ANTI-INFLAMMATORY effects that should reduce aches and pains. During the cleanse, please limit Advocare products to the following: HERBAL CLEANSE, SPARK and OMEGAPLEX. Your normal supplements routine will improve upon completion of the cleanse.

NO fried foods, refined sugars, corn, white starches, or bread.

NO wheat products (bread, crackers)

NO dairy (cheese, yogurt, milk)

NO alcohol

EAT VEGGIES: salads during the day and steamed veggies night will scrub your system (choose spices over dairy-sugar or based condiments)

EAT FRUIT: fibrous and low glycemic choices (apples, grapefruit, berries)

EAT HEALTHY FATS: (avocados, nuts and seeds, olives, olive oil)

OPTION II I got great results on this plan and am right where I want to be –now I want to maintain

my current weight and energy level. Meal Replacement shakes for breakfast, space meals and snacks every 2 to 2 ½ hours

Cardio workout can be done by walking, jogging, treadmill, jump rope, exercise machine, exercise videos, etc. 3 times a week
