IGM New Grad Rotational ProgramThe IGM New Grad Rotational Program offers students the opportunity to complete four department rotations over a two year period with the opportunity to be placed in a full time role after completion. Participants will develop a strong understanding of the business’ big picture and how each department contributes to the success of the organization.

Participants will have the opportunity to develop leadership skills and contribute to various projects that support our business strategies – researching, analyzing, preparing and presenting findings and recommendations to senior management. The program will provide networking opportunities and develop essential skills in business management, operations delivery management and investment management.

The IGM New Grad Rotational Program offers placements at IG Wealth Management in Winnipeg and Mackenzie Investments in Toronto for the Business Management and Operations Management streams. Located in Toronto at the Mackenzie Investment office the program offers an Investment Management Stream, providing exposure to investment analysis and portfolio management strategies.

All streams will provide hands on exposure to important projects, contributing real gains to the company. Within a supportive and collaborative environment, participants are given the autonomy and responsibility to manage their projects and deliver results.
